Ordinance No. 998-14(Ward 15/Councilmember Zone): Changing the Use and Area Districts of parcels on the south side of Lake Avenue west of Clifton Boulevard from an ‘A’ Area District and a One-Family Residential District to an RA2 Residential Attached Townhouse District. MANDATORY REFERRALS: 1. Ordinance No. 380-15(Ward 9/Councilmember Conwell): Authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter into an amendment to the Lease Agreement, as amended, with the Cleveland Museum of Natural History to change certain terms of the lease, including the term and defining certain maintenance allocations; and authorizing the Director to lease certain property located in Wade Park to the Cleveland Museum of Natural History for the purpose of facilitating the museum’s renovation and expansion, for a term up to December 31, 2100. 2. Ordinance No. 386-15(Ward 4/Councilmember K. Johnson): Authorizing the Commissioner of Purchases and Supplies to purchase property at 9120 Woodland Avenue needed for the renovation of the Ken Johnson Recreation Center, for the Department of Public Works. ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVALS 1. Ordinance No. 348-15(Ward 3/Councilmember Cimperman): Authorizing the Director of Public Works to lease certain space located within Willard Park to The Refugee Response for the purpose of establishing and maintaining an urban garden, for a term of five years, with one five-year option to renew, exercisable by the Director of Public Works.
