members must pay by Demand Draft/Pay Order/Multicity cheques only.

Export turnover mentioned above is the average Exports turnover of Plastic products for the preceding three financial years.
Those members paying subscription for export turnover of less than Rs.10 lakhs must send a Chartered Accountant’s Certificate
certifying the Export turnover of Plastics (as defined above).

Members who have not paid balance Membership Subscription for the years 2013-2014 and 2014-15, hence you
are requested to kindly send us the same alongwith service tax @ 12.36%.



the same along with required supporting documents.
