Dr. McKelvey serves as Assistant Professor of Old Testament
at RTS-Jackson.

There will be a family potluck lunch next Sunday, May 17, after the
morning worship service. We will honor our graduates during this
time. Everyone in the congregation is invited. Please sign up in the
narthex to bring a dish or two. Help will be needed for cleaning up the
fellowship hall after the meal.

MOTHER’S DAY NOTE
We three ladies honor the memory of our Mother and Grandmother,
Lela Turnage Anderson, on this Mother’s Day. Despite being sad
over celebrating Mother’s Day without her, we are so thankful she
lived a life of faith and selflessness. What happiness we experience
that she is a child of God and is living out her dream of proclaiming
her praise and adoration for her Savior. We are so honored to have the
faith legacy she left us.
