Terms & Conditions of Standard Limited Warranty Program
Print Express warrants to the original end-user purchaser (“You”) that your eligible Print Express
product conforms to Print Express’s published specifications, and is free from defects in materials or
workmanship, subject to the conditions of warranty listed below. The duration of this warranty is
one year from date of delivery.
Warranty on any equipment sold to you by Print Express is only applicable if the material is
purchased from Print Express. Not every product comes under warranty. It is explained in detail
Which product falls under warranty?
There are two category of products that Print Express deals in.
1. Category A
2. Category B
Category A products are wide format printers. These products fall under 10 Months limited warranty
where all your servicing will be free of cost. Any part damaged except for the print head, electrical
damaged part or mechanical damage all parts are replacement free of cost with in the warranty
Category B products are products that do not come under any warranty of servicing whatsoever.
These products are our A4, A3 and small scale printers, heat presses and other desktop equipment.
These equipment will be installed at your setup and will carry no warranty at all. However we have
an engineering team at our head office who will be delighted to serve you on phone for any
technical issue that you may face for free. If the problem still persists, you can bring you equipment
to our engineering team and they will charge you a nominal fee for repairs & servicing
How to obtain service
For category A products the warranty is only applicable if the media and the inks are regularly
purchased from Print Express. Changing the inks in the head will result in immediate termination of
our contract and no further servicing will be provided from Print Express. Changing the media will
also result in termination of your servicing contract. Under the above circumstances Print Express
will not be viable for your printers servicing.
If you experience problems with your product during the applicable warranty period, contact the
Print Express who sold you the product to obtain technical support and attempt to resolve the
problem over the phone. If the problem cannot be resolved by technical support then we will send
an engineer at your setup to look into the issue. All problems are resolved with in 48-72hrs. If a part
is required then you will have to give us the required transit courier time for the part to arrive.
You may also be required to provide proof of purchase to obtain warranty service.
What is covered?
In the event that your Print Express product proves defective during the applicable warranty period
Print Express, will correct any failure of the product to conform to specifications or any defect in
material or workmanship, with either new or used replacement parts.
Any replacement product or parts installed during the warranty period are warrantied for the
balance of the original warranty period. Any replaced product or parts becomes Print Express
This warranty extends only to eligible Print Express hardware devices, including applicable Large
Format Inkjet Printers, Printer/Cutters, and Cutters.
What is not covered?
The following items are expressly excluded from warranty coverage:
1. Defects in printers or printer/cutters related, in any way, to the use of any non-Print Express
or non-Print Express media.
2. Service related to routine maintenance, or the replacement of any part designated by Print
Express in published documentation as a "consumable part," which is the end-user's
3. Defects that are merely cosmetic in nature.
4. Media Roll Adapter damage
5. Suction fans burnt due to ink spill or carelessness
6. Any damage due to carelessness or ink flow burnt items will not be covered in the warranty
7. Defects related to misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, lack of use, or improper storage when
not in use for extended periods.
8. Defects related to: failure to perform periodic maintenance as specified in the user
9. Defects in print heads if any of the individual print head is dead. Or if there is an un-clear
nozzle check. In such cases the complete cost of Print head will be on the customer.
10. Defects related to improper loading of media.
11. Acts of God or other events or conditions outside Print Express’s control, including disasters
such as fire, flood, lightning, improper electrical currents, etc.
12. Service if the product label, logo, rating label or serial number has been tampered with or
13. Any Electrical failure, UPS, generator fault to the machines electronics.
14. If your printer is not kept under dust-free environment your printers warranty will not be
15. If the printer is not provided an air conditioner that keeps the temperature under 24 degree
Centigrade, your warranty will not be applicable.
For any services provided for products which are not covered by warranty, or if a claimed defect
cannot be identified or replicated during warranty service, you will be billed on a time and materials
Applicability of Warranty
This Limited Warranty is the complete and exclusive understanding between the parties,
superseding all prior agreements, oral or written, and all other communications between the parties
relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. No Print Express representative, Dealer or other
person is authorized to make any representations or statements, which are inconsistent with this
Limited Warranty or the product's specifications. Any such representations or statements are void.
Terms & Condition changes
Print Express reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without
prior notice. Your use of our Sites following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow
and be bound by the terms and conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review
these terms and conditions whenever you use our Products.
