List of Candidates who have opted PUMBA as research centre for PhD
Admission Interviews, has been uploaded simultaneously. Pl refer to the serial
no given in the list.
Instructions for interviews at PUMBA.
1. Interview slots have been made as per subjects. Candidates should report at
Department of Management Sciences,(PUMBA), Savitribai Phule Pune University
according the schedule given above.
2. After reporting for interview, candidate has to register himself for the process. At
the time of registration please submit an attested copy of the following documents
(whichever applicable).
1) Admit card or any other photo- id like Aadhar card, PAN card or passport.
2) NET/SET/GATE/JRF/Phil/Passport (Certificate on the basis of which candidate has
sought exemption from paper-I and paper-II).
3) Post graduation degree certificate.
4) Post graduation mark sheet.
5) Graduation degree certificate.
6) Graduation mark sheet..
7) Caste Certificate/Caste Validity, if applicable
8) Experience certificates.
3. The candidates will be evaluated on the basis of their performance in the interview, on
the following parameters:
1. Knowledge of Research Methodology.(10 marks)
2. Preparedness of candidate for research work to be undertaken.(10 marks)
3. Communication skill of the candidate.(10 marks)
4. Depth of understanding of the subject.(5 marks)
5. Knowledge of the business environment: includes candidate’s awareness
about the current trends in respective area. (5 marks)
6. Domain experience related to research area.(10 marks)
4. Candidates are required to bring a two page biodata.
5. On the basis of performance of the candidate in the interview, the guides will be
allocated to the students as per the vacancy. The list of allotment for PUMBA will be
displayed on PUMBA website, www.pumba.in
