RELOCATION The relocation process can be stressful and demanding. Expatriates and their families face various challenges while going through the international assignment. In the last 14 years I have supported hundreds of executives to ensure their success in a different country. What is unique about my approach to relocation? My team of international relocation trainers and I will support your employees through the whole process of expatriation, starting from answering his/her questions before moving to the different country, preparing for the move (pre-departure), training and coaching sessions after arrival, consultancy and coaching support during whole contract. My experience tells me that in this way the ROI from the expatriation is highest as well their successful return and no relocation firm on the market has such a comprehensive offering. Many repatriates go through a re-entry culture shock. The research says that their skills and knowledge might not be fully used while abroad, and often they experience re-assimilation problems with their families.
