summer job?
The Prince William County School Division (PWCS) is hosting two job fairs for students interested in working as Student Aides
during PWCS’s Summer School Program:
Tuesday, March 17, 2015 - 6 - 7:30 p.m. at Freedom High School
(15201 Neabsco Mills Road, Woodbridge, VA), and
Thursday, March 19, 2015 - 6 - 7:30 p.m. at Stonewall Jackson High School
(8820 Rixlew Lane, Manassas, VA).
A committee of School Division personnel will meet with applicants to conduct interviews.
To be considered for PWCS Summer Student Aide ($8.00/hr) positions, applicants must:
• Be age 16 or older, as of June 26, 2015;
• Complete a PWCS online application (Go to https://jobs.pwcs.edu/WorkSpace/ and complete the “Summer
School Classified” application);
• Obtain two completed references. Reference forms and requirements are located on the PWCS Human Resource Web
site. Go to http://pwcs.humanresources.schoolfusion.us/, select “Employment Opportunities,” then
“Summer Employment”; and
• Attend one of the two Summer Job Fairs.
- Applicants: Print and bring a copy of the completed online application and the two completed school references
to one of the two job fairs.
In addition to PWCS jobs, several local businesses will also participate in the Job Fairs to recruit students
for summer positions.
