Application Process:
 Pets
The Turn at River Bend does not allow pets.
 Application Fee:
The Turn at River Bend does charge an application fee for each applicant
that will reside in the apartment that is over the age of 18.
 Security Deposit, First and Last Month Rent:
The Turn at River Bend requires a security deposit in the amount equal
to the monthly rent charged.
 Reserving an Apartment:
Once you have decided to make the Turn at River Bend your home, a
$500.00 deposit to hold the apartment is required. The $500.00 deposit
will be applied towards your first month’s rent.
 Lease Options:
Our standard lease option is 12 months.
 Smoking:
The Turn at River Bend is a non-smoking environment.
