SCHEDULE OF THE PROPERTY EXECUTED AND LEVIED UPON BY R. Jay Fisher, Sheriff
of Baltimore County, this 13th day of February 2015, by virtue of a Writ of Execution issued out
of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County and directed to the Sheriff thereof against the Class D
Liquor License # To Be assigned of SVP Enterprises INC., Defendants at the suit of Balsamo &
Norino Properties LLC, Plaintiff and appraised by us, the subscribers, who were first duly sworn
for the purpose to satisfy the money judgment in Case # 03-C-14-006160 CN, being more fully
described as follows:
ALL THAT RIGHT, TITLE, INTEREST AND ESTATE of the Defendants in the 7-Day Class D
Beer, Wine and Liquor License # To Be Assigned issued for SVP Enterprises T/A Friends Bar
and Grill 409 Eastern Ave. 15th Election District of Baltimore County Baltimore, Md. 21221. The
transfer of this liquor license is subject to the approval of the Board of Liquor License
Commissioners of Baltimore County as in the case of an original application, and it shall be the
sole responsibility of the purchaser to obtain said approval. In addition, in line with Article 2B of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, any tangible personal property taxes, retail sales, amusement,
admission and/or withholding taxes must be paid to the County of Baltimore and/or State of
Maryland.
TERMS OF SALE: A $10,000 deposit, payable by certified or cashier’s check, will be required
of the purchaser at the time and place of sale. Balance to be paid by certified check or cashier’s
check within 10 days. If payment of the balance does not take place within the specified time,
the deposit shall be forfeited and the property may be resold at the risk and expense of the
purchaser. Time is of the essence.
