On Monday, August 24th the Reformed Church Home, an Assisted
Living, Sub-Acute Rehab and Skilled Nursing Facility will once again
be hitting the links at the pristine Forsgate Country Club. Each year
the golf outing brings together great friends, loyal corporate

partners, and dear family and church members for a day of
challenging golf to benefit an important cause…our seniors. The
day’s events include – 18 holes of golf with carts, buffet lunch, and
wonderful gifts for each golfer. To add a little more excitement to
the day we will have a variety of contests with great prizes for the
lucky winners of our contests such as: Hole-In-One, 1st Place
Foursome, Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, and more. In addition
you will have the opportunity to bid on Auction items which will
include gift certificates to private golf clubs, golf item, tickets to
