Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets will be for sale throughout the winter and summer seasons online and at
the Vilar Performing Arts Box in Beaver Creek, CO. You can purchase tickets online
at www.rendezvousbc.com
Will tickets be available at the gate?
Yes, unless we sell out before the event. Check back here for info before planning
on gate purchases.
Do you accept credit cards at the festival?
Yes, at the gate you will be able to purchase tickets with a credit card. However,
every vendor is different and may or may not take credit cards. ATMs will be
accessible in Beaver Creek Village.
Do children get in free?
Children under 6 get in general admission Strawberry Park ONLY for free.
Unfortunately, due to limited seats in the Vilar Performing Arts Center and other
festival events, all children will be required to have a ticket for the VIP Pass,
Weekend Pass, and Vilar PAC ticket.
What time do the gates open on Saturday at Strawberry Park?

Can I leave the festival and come back?
Yes, you will receive a festival wristband upon entrance to the event that permits
you to come and go as you please. Wristbands must be worn for entry & reentry, no
exceptions.
Will the festival continue if it rains?
As the saying goes, the show must go on! Rendezvous Fest is rain or shine.
Is Beaver Creek ADA compliant?
Yes, both the Vilar PAC and Beaver Creek Resort are ADA accessible. However, the
venues included in the VIP/Weekend Pass Friday event are privately owned and we
cannot guarantee accessibility for all of the properties.
Is smoking allowed?
Cigarette smoking is permitted in designated smoking areas only. Smoking is not
permitted on Beaver Creek Mountain. Marijuana may not be consumed in any public
areas.
Can I volunteer at Rendezvous Fest?
Volunteers are welcome. Please email [email protected] to request more
information on volunteering.

Where to Stay
You will have a great experience staying at any of the luxury accommodations in
the village at Beaver Creek. Make reservations through our website
www.rendezvousbc.com for special rates.
Camping
The closest location for camping including RVs is about 40 minutes west of Beaver
Creek at the River Dance RV Resort. It is located near Gypsum/Dotsero. More

Transportation
Guests of The Village can conveniently walk to the festival at Strawberry Park.
Shuttle - Anyone staying within the Beaver Creek resort receives complimentary
transportation thru Dial-A-Ride. In September you must call and schedule your
pickup time: 970-949-1938, open 7 am – midnight.
Parking - Anyone staying in Avon or driving can park at the Shuttle Lot located at
the base of the west entrance to Beaver Creek (at the Beaver Creek roundabout
head west on Highway 6 and turn left at the stoplight).
