For serious ballet students ages 13 and older. Work with RDT’s
professional guest faculty daily to improve the experienced
dancer’s technique, strength and performance quality. Daily ballet
and pointe* classes will be supplemented with either
choreography, modern, strengthening work or jazz class to
improve the students’ versatility. Some choreography learned
during sessions will be performed in RDT’s fall season.
ALL DANCING – NO LECTURES OR PROJECTS
$195 per week or
$565 for all 3 weeks (save $20 on 3 weeks if paid in full by May
31st )

For boys and girls age 9 and older who have previous ballet
training. Students work with RDT’s professional guest faculty
daily on improving technique and building on basic ballet
vocabulary. Ballet classes may be supplemented with
contemporary dance and choreography.
$ 75 per week or 3 weeks for $225 (save $20 on 3 weeks if
paid in full by May 31st)

class (*Pointe Class – Although a student may be enrolled in a pointe
program at her regular dance school, RDT faculty may determine that the
student is not ready for the pointe program at RDT. )
RDT reserves the right to cancel programs for which there is
insufficient enrollment. If program is canceled by RDT you will
receive a refund of tuition paid. Other refunds are for medical
reasons only, which must be in writing on the physician’s letterhead.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the above
named student has been examined recently by a
physician, is physically fit, and has no pre-existing
condition that would prohibit participation in the
strenuous physical program of Repertory Dance
Theatre and/or Dolly Haltzman Dance Academy.
I authorize RDT and DHDA’s faculty or its
representatives to obtain emergency medical
treatment for the above named student if deemed
necessary, and I agree not to hold RDT or Dolly
Haltzman Dance Academy (RDT, DHDA or The
Academy), its directors, faculty, staff, or their
representatives, in any way liable for any injuries
or treatment. I have provided the administration
with a list of any medications taken on a regular
basis and the reason for taking them. I agree to be
responsible for prompt and timely payment of any
and all tuitions and fees due RDT and DHDA for

are no refunds for classes missed or early
withdrawal and that tuition credit may be granted
for students who have to withdraw for medical

FACULTY
Jennifer Haltzman Tracy – Director began her dance
training under the tutelage of her mother, the late Dolly Haltzman.
She later went on to study with Alexi Ramov, and NYCB principal,
Gloria Govrin, and at the School of American Ballet where she was
part of a select group of dancers who traveled to schools
performing lecture demonstrations. She also performed in SAB’s
annual school workshops and in NYCB’s Tchaikovsky Festival.
Ms. Haltzman Tracy danced professionally with Kansas City Ballet
and was a guest performer with Los Angeles Ballet, New Jersey
Ballet and Boston Ballet. She is the former Associate Director of
Education for New York City Ballet where she rehearsed dancers,
developed curriculum and was a substitute teacher at the School of
American Ballet. She is Executive and Co-Artistic Director of
Repertory Dance Theatre.
In addition to her dancer career, Ms. Haltzman Tracy practiced law
with the Philadelphia firm of Wolf, Block, et al. and holds a BA
from the University of Pa and a JD from Temple University School
of Law.
Trinette Singleton – RDT Co-Artistic Director (ballet) began her
professional ccareer with New York's Joffrey Ballet in 1965.
Following her graduation from high school, she attended The
Joffrey Ballet School in New York City on a full scholarship and
joined the company a year later. In 1968, Singleton appeared on the
cover of Time and had the distinction of being the first dancer to
appear on the cover of a national news magazine.
While with the company, Singleton toured throughout the U.S.,
Canada, Mexico and Europe, performing in ballets by notable
choreographers such as Joffrey, Arpino, Ashton, Balanchine,
Cranko, DeMille, Jooss, Tharp and Tudor. She also performed at
the White House for two U.S. Presidents and King Olaf of Norway,
and appeared on Broadway with the Joffrey, as part of Nureyev and
Friends, tribute to Diaghelev. In 1967, she appeared in the multimedia ballet, Astarte, created for her by her mentor, Robert Joffrey.
Singleton holds her Licentiate from the Imperial Society of
Teachers of Dance in London, England. Following her performing
years, she was administrative assistant to Robert Joffrey and Ballet
Mistress for the company. She also served in residencies at Florida
State University, Bucknell University and Washington University,
and was a faculty member at The New School University until
2003, and The Joffrey Ballet School through 2004. She directed her
own school, Bravo!Dance, in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., from 1995 until
2005. In 1994, she won the National Choreography Plan Award. In
2002, she re-staged Astarte for The Joffrey Ballet Company in
Chicago. Currently, Singleton is co-artistic director of Repertory
Dance Theatre in Allentown, and also serves as a faculty member
in the DeSales University, Department of Performing and Fine
Arts. She was the artistic director of The Joffrey Texas Workshop
in San Antonio from 2006-2012, and serves as guest teacher for
The Joffrey Ballet in Chicago. She was a featured dancer in the
movie about the Joffrey Balle,” Joffrey Mavericks of American
Dance.”
Heidi Cruz Austin is an alumnus of RDT and DHDA. She is
currently director of DanceSpora. She danced professionally with
Pennsylvania Ballet from 1994 until 2007 where she danced many
featured roles. She has also danced with the Philadelphia based
company Ballet X. She is currently commissioned to choreograph
for Bryn Mawr College. She is a ballet instructor at Muhlenberg
College, Bryn Mawr College and various schools from the
Philadelphia to Trenton area. Ms. Cruz-Austin was awarded a 2008
Fellowship from The New Jersey Council on the Arts.
James Du Chateau – Contemporary graduated from The Lehigh
Valley Charter High School for the Arts in 2014 and is now at The
Conservatory of Dance at Purchase College in Purchase, NY.
James also has worked professionally dancing next to Catherine
Zeta-Jones, the Bang Group, performing NutCracked at Steel
Stacks, How The Grinch Stole Christmas on Broadway, Enchanted,
and The Radio City Christmas Spectacular.
Madeline Jazz Harvey received her training at North Carolina
Dance Theatre, Julliard School and Chautauqua Institute. Her
professional credits include: NCDT, University of NC, American
Repertory Ballet, Columbia Classical Ballet and Carolina Ballet
Theatre. She has received numerous awards for her dancing and
choreography. She is currently dancing professionally with
Carolina Ballet Theatre.
Matthew Harvey started his dance training as an RDT TIP student
in 1998. He is an alumnus of RDT’s pre-professional company and
DHDA. He received scholarships from Joffrey Ballet and
Chautauqua Institute and NCDT. He danced professionally with
North Carolina Dance Theatre and is presently dancing
professionally with Carolina Ballet Theatre in Greenville, S.C.
Angie Lichtenwalner is a native Lehigh Valley dancer, educator,
choreographer, and proud R.D.T. alum. She holds degrees in
Dance Education from UArts (B.F.A.) and N.Y.U. (M.A.). Angie
has spent the past five years developing a full-time dance
curriculum at a public K-8 school in the Bronx, NY. She was
honored to have this work featured in the February 2009 edition of
Dance Teacher Magazine. She has also taught at Peridance
Capezio Center in Manhattan and abroad, in Uganda and
Guatemala. Angie has performed with companies including
TAPFUSION, isadoraNOW, Illuminations Dance Company, and
Deborah Damast & Dancers. Angie will be the Dance Specialist at
Arts Academy Elementary Charter School opening in Spetember.
Tiffany Patterson- (Hip Hop) tours with MC Hammer as
the lead dancer and choreographer. She recently performed
"Gangham Style" at Times Square on New Year's Eve 2013
with Psy and Hammer (She is right between Psy and
Hammer .) She has also performed at the AMAs, the BET
Awards, the MTV Music Awards, Dance Fever in Las Vegas
and in several of MC Hammer's music videos. She is a
dynamic, fun and very exciting Hip Hop teacher who loves
to teach all ages.
Cliff Tracy – (Music) is on faculty at Community Music
School teaching saxophone,clarinet,flute and piano and is
the director of the CMS Jazz Quartet and Impressions Jazz
Ensemble. He has performed on Broadway and in London’s
West End and with such notables as: The Temptations, Steve
Lipia (Simply Sinatra), Donna Summers, Tony Bennett,
Tommy and Jimmy Dorsey Orchestras and others.
