(a)
The minimum package required is Basic for 6 months. The Basic package costs $48.07 per

Offer open to customers who: (1) were PGG Wrightson Rewards Business Card holders as at
20 April 2015; (2) are new or former SKY direct residential customers only (excluding customers
who have terminated SKY in the 3 months prior to taking up this offer); and (3) are not current
COUNTRY TV customers, or those who have terminated their COUNTRY TV subscription
between 20 April 2015 and 31 July 2015.

6 Months Free SKY Sport and MY SKY offer: The minimum package required is SKY Basic for
6 months and early termination fees apply. SKY Basic is $48.07 per month including during the
promotional periods. After the 6 month free period ends SKY Sport is $26.68 per month and MY
SKY is $15 (HDi) per month or $20 (MY SKY+) per month, in addition to SKY Basic. Should you
choose to discontinue with SKY Sport and/or MY SKY please phone SKY on 0800 759 759 prior
to the end of the 6 months free period.

6 Months Free COUNTRY TV offer: In order to receive 6 months free COUNTRY TV you must
subscribe to SKY Basic for 6 months. If you continue to subscribe to SKY Basic for an additional
6 months, your Free COUNTRY TV offer will be extended for another 6 months. If you wish to
continue to receive and pay for COUNTRY TV after 12 months, you will need to call SKY on
0800 759 759 with the code to be provided to continue to receive your Country TV subscription.
PGG Wrightson will provide the code and a special renewal price offer no later than two months
prior to the expiry date of the promotion. To opt out of the free COUNTRY TV offer, please call
SKY on 0800 759 759 to cancel the free subscription.

In order to take up the 6 Months Free SKY Sport and MY SKY offer you will need to quote the
code 8517 when signing up with SKY to take advantage of the offer. You must sign up with
SKY prior to 31 July 2015 to take advantage of this offer.
