I have enclosed my entry fee. I understand the security of those items brought to my assigned space is entirely my
responsibility. I know the role of the village of South Elgin is simply to supply me with a selling space. I will not hole the
Village of South Elgin, The Special Events Committee, the South Elgin Police dept. Or anyone connected to the festival
responsible for loss or injury to myself or anyone helping me at my space. This includes set up and dismantling of your
space. All vendors must have a State of Illinois sales tax license if applicable. Vendors are responsible for collecting
and remitting sales tax if needed.
In the event 2 or more applications are received for the same business (such as Tupperware dealers). The one with the
earliest postmark will be given the space. If your business dictates that only one vendor be at an event you will be
responsible to call and to verify if there is another vendor has a space reserved.
