LULI CANNON
Luli Cannon is a leasing executive with RMC Property Group and is responsible for a retail portfolio that stretches
across the state. She has over 25 years experience in the corporate and commercial real estate business. Ms.
Cannon has worked at RMC for 15 years, prior to which she served in various executive-level capacities for First
Florida Bank and Barnett Bank. Ms. Cannon’s experience has included contract negotiations, leasing, acquisition
and disposition of corporate owned and managed properties.
Ms. Cannon has considerable past experience in the disposition of corporate owned and managed properties,
which included a position as Disposition Manager for a Regional Bank. She managed a task force that was
involved in the disposition of excess bank location properties due to mergers, involving the disposition of approximately 150 fee title and leasehold interests with assest values surpassing $52 million. That project involved the
sale of fee title properties and buyout negotiations with property owners, and exceeded performance measure
by over $12 million. Additionally the assignment concluded six months ahead of schedule.

She is magna cum laude graduate from the University of South Florida, with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance. Ms.
Cannon is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and plays an active role in
the community through Metropolitan Ministries and The Joshua House.
