After spending the last decade in Infrastructure Consultancy Business, I feel

privileged to be writing this message as the Chairman of Rodic family.
We began our journey in 2000, and have spent the past decade continuing to

As a company, when we look back over the past 13 years we see a checkered
history of success and hard work. For example:

Railways, Tunnels, Bridges, Hydropower sectors & are now moving towards
Water, Mining, Plantation etc.
We have shown a robust growth 50% on Y to Y based in last 5 years and are
aiming to achieve 100 crores in near future.
We have nearly quadrupled our workforce and have embraced diversity and
improvisation

We are creating infrastructure, tools and corporate atmosphere to empower our
people to take their future forward. Participation in Technical Training,
Workshops, Seminars and refresher courses is being enhanced.
It is also important to note that what has not changed at Rodic, namely our
