Your feedback will help school leadership to continually improve the quality of your educational experience at Roncalli Catholic. GUS CENTER: The Gus Center will be closed after school TODAY. GIRLS TENNIS: Tennis tops need to be turned in to the office or AD by next Tuesday. DRIVER'S EDUCATION: Driver's Education Class will be offered at Roncalli Catholic July 6-10, 8 a.m. - noon. Cost is $345 and the registration deadline is Friday, June 12. There must be 20 students enrolled in order to have the class. With 38 years of experience and more than 11,000 drivers trained, Randy Shada will be teaching the course. Contact Kim Schumacher at [email protected] for additional information. INTERNATIONAL CLUB: A new International Club is being formed at RCHS for the 2015-16 school year. This club will seek to educate students about the different cultures represented at RCHS. Members will experience art, food, language, music, dress and lifestyle from different cultures. This club will be open to all Roncalli Catholic students who want to learn about the cultures represented at RCHS. Activities include AP activities, celebration of diversity, organizing International week, organizing Chinese New year, weekend events and field trips, etc. If you are interested, please see Aaron Liang, Libby Miller or Fr. RONCALLI CATHOLIC FOOTBALL 2015 SUMMER PROGRAM In order to be competitive on the football field, the coaching staff believes that the summer commitment by players in the areas of weight training and conditioning is a MUST. Below is a schedule of the summer workouts and other important dates. The coaching staff feels that this is not requiring too much of our athletes, as other local high schools expect the same commitment from their players. May 27 – August 7 (Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday) 7:00-8:00a.m. Weight training for Seniors & Juniors 8:00-9:15a.m. Everyone on the practice field (t-shirt, shorts, cleats, tennis shoes) You will be notified if you need to wear helmet and shoulder pads. If weather is inclement, practice will be inside 9:30-10:30a.m. Weight training for Sophomores & Freshmen. Sent with an expiration date 5. If you’d like to put your whole schedule on the DAILY BULLETIN CALENDAR. This will help if you want to “schedule” your announcements all at one time. BEFORE SCHOOL DUTY is from 7:45 to 8:04 each morning. The teacher must be present in the Sheehan Student Center to monitor students during this time and also to monitor traffic down the hallways. No students may go down the hallway unless they have a pass or accompanied by a teacher. AFTER SCHOOL DUTY consists of the monitoring the Sheehan Student Center and the front of the school building area from the End of the Day Prayer to 3:40. Administration will monitor the school's parking lot. If you are unable to supervise during your assigned period, please switch with another teacher and inform the office of your substitute.
