™ The Al Gilless Southaven Rotary Scholarship Fund, helping DeSoto County students attend colleges and universities has had over $115,000 contributed since 2006. Through this endowment, we have raised funds that annually provide five students
from local high schools with a $1,000 ($500/Semester) scholarship to the school of their choice. ™ We have also donated over $25,000 to the Living Waters Mission, helping to provide more than 200 fresh‐water well systems of various sizes which have brought fresh water to over 15,000 people in under‐privileged villages of Honduras. ™ In 2014 our club gave over $15,000 to charities and we will continue helping local and global charities with our proceeds. We would love for you to be a part of this effort! (2013 list of charitable donations available on request).
EVENT DATE – Friday, May 8, 2015: 6:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
EVENT LOCATION – SOUTHAVEN ARENA – HWY 51 – Rain or Shine!
GRAND PRIZE – $2,000 Cash Prize. Every raffle ticket holder has a chance to win. Must be present to win.
FOOD – All the Crawfish you can eat. Also, various food items provided by local restaurants included in ticket price.
DRINKS – Cash Bar available serving beer and wine. Up to three FREE drink tickets supplied to raffle ticket holders.
ENTERTAINMENT – Listen and dance to music provided by a well know DJ.
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES: Premier Sponsor ‐ $3000 ‐ Includes 2 tables to be placed where desired with special decorations, 30 raffle chances, 3 drink tickets for each attendee. First choice as to where equipment, etc. will be displayed in the area. Large sign at entrance and at the stage area listing name of Premier Sponsor. Recognition will be given on each radio advertisement as Premier Sponsor. Premier Sponsor stated on each table tent. Premier Sponsor name larger print than other sponsor names on event tickets. Newspaper advertisements listing name of Premier Sponsor. Gold ‐ $2000 ‐ Includes 2 tables, 25 raffle chances, 3 drink tickets for each attendee. Sponsor may display equipment etc. at event. Sign at entrance and at bars listing name as Gold Sponsor. Newspaper advertisement will list name as Gold Sponsor. Name on event tickets smaller than name of Premier Sponsor. Silver ‐ $1500 – Includes 1 table, 20 raffle chances, 2 drink tickets for each attendee. Sign at entrance listing name as Silver Sponsor. Newspaper advertisement will list name as Silver Sponsor. Bronze ‐ $1000 ‐ Includes 1 table, 15 raffle chances, 2 drink tickets per attendee. Sign at entrance listing name as Bronze Sponsor. Table PURCHASE ‐ $500. – Includes 1 table, 10 raffle chances and 2 drink tickets for each attendee. Individual ticket levels $50 ticket includes in addition to the food, 1 raffle chance and 2 drink tickets. IN-KIND SPONSORSHIP: – Does your business have something of value that could be used by our club as an in-kind sponsorship?

SILENT AUCTION AND DOOR PRIZE ITEMS: We give away multiple door prizes throughout the evening and will give recognition
to all businesses and individuals who donate items. Our door prize items can be as minimal as $5-10 in value.
• Silent Auction – Items should be $30 or greater in value. Recognition will be given to individuals and businesses who donate.
