RRHS MEN’S BASKETBALL BOOSTER CLUB
SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
PURPOSE:
The purpose of the RRHS Men’s Basketball Booster Scholarship is to recognize the
accomplishments of our senior basketball players and managers.
AMOUNT OF AWARD:


Scholarship amount awarded varies from year to year based on available funds from RRHS
Men’s Basketball Booster Organization.
Scholarship amounts awarded to the individual players will be determined based upon the
scoring of the Scholarship Eligibility Criteria outlined on this application.
PLAYER ELIGIBILITY:
1. Senior players and managers must have been in the RRHS basketball program for a
minimum of two years including his senior year.
2. Senior player/manager must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
3. Senior player/manager must plan to attend a two or four year school after graduation.
4. Senior player/manager must complete the RRHS Men’s Basketball Booster Club
Scholarship Application and have it submitted by the March 1st deadline.
5. Families of the senior player/manager must have been a booster member all years their
child participated in the RRHS Men’s Basketball Program.
SCHOLARSHIPS WILL BE AWARDED AT THE SENIOR AWARDS CEREMONY

Scholarships are valid for two years from the date of the award. If not used within two
years, the recipient forfeits the scholarship in its entirety.

Scholarships will be awarded at the RRHS Senior Awards Assembly.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA




The senior player/manager must have been in the RRHS Basketball Program a minimum of
two years, one of which has to be his senior year.
The senior player/manager must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

from RRHS.
