Welcome & Introductions
Fundraising:
Discount Coupon Cards for high school and youth teams was once again very
successful this year. Spirit wear profit was $460 and yard sign profit was $660
Parent Nights
Girls will be May 12 photos is being organized by Karen Brockman
Boys will by May 1st at halftime. Mr. Simmons and Mr. Baudry will be taking the photos
Buttons have been completed for both Boys and Girls JV and Varsity teams – Thank you to all
who helped out and to Chris Wimmer who hosted at her home.
Senior Night
Boys will be May 11 with 4 graduating Seniors
Girls will be May 18th with 10 graduating Seniors
Youth night for the boys which was originally scheduled for May 7th will be cancelled.
Super Fan Shirts are still waiting to be completed. They should be in by next week for all teams.
Boys Verona Bull Rush Tournament
Chris Wimmer will be organizing effort to collect $25 from each player to defray the cost
of the tournament, hotel stay, bowling night and pizza night.
In addition, Google Doc will be sent out to organized a sign up for food for the boys
during the morning and afternoon for snacks and lunch’s at the tournament
Girls Appleton Tournament
Girls will be leaving from school on the bus at 1pm on Friday May 8th. Games will be
Friday night with JV at 5:30pm and Varsity at 7:30pm. All the girls will be going on the tour of
Lambeau Field - $12 a girl
Concerns were brought up regarding the attendant at the ticket window for varsity games and
she is allowing people to walk in without paying thus not gathering an accurate count for
attendance.
Senior Scholarship
Boys and Girls have an opportunity to apply for senior scholarships. There are 2 each for
$500. Form for applying are at Student Services.
End of year Banquets
Boys – Will be held on June 8th at the High School cafeteria. More details to come
regarding set up
Girls – Save the date invite will be sent out for the Girls Banquet. Michele Lindsey will be
organizing
