Agreement:
1. Crafter agrees to pay a non-refundable $55.00 inside booth fee or a $45.00 outside booth fee (payable to
S.O.S.). Applications submitted after Sept. 1st require a fee of $65 for an indoor booth and $55 for an outside
booth. This fee is refundable only if the application is rejected.
2. Crafter will furnish the application, clear non-returnable photos of the items to be sold, and the
check for the fee. This may be waived if other arrangements are agreed upon.
3. Crafters are responsible for their own license or tax permits and cash, charge, and sales tax.
4. Crafters shall not perform any acts or carry on any practices, which may injure the premises or be a nuisance or menace to others. Each booth shall be kept clean and neat. Tables and chairs for booths, unless requested are the responsibility of the Crafter. Crafter agrees to abide by the rules of St. Dunstan's and comply
with all reasonable requests and directives of its authorized personnel. If the Crafter has merchandise that was
not pre-approved based on the photos submitted, or if the committee of St. Dunstan's finds items in bad taste
or in conflict with other items, the Crafter may be asked to remove these items.
5. Crafter agrees to indemnify and save St. Dunstan's harmless against and from any and all claims, damages,
costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees arising from the conduct of Crafters, his/her agents,
servants, employees or licensees. It is further understood that St. Dunstan's shall not be liable for defects in
products, and Crafter waives all claims for damages to person or property sustained by Crafter or Crafter's
employees, agents, servants, invitees and customers, while in or about the premises.
6. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed or construed by the parties hereto or by any third party to create the relationship of principal and agent, or of partnership, or of joint venture. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision hereof shall not affect or impair any other provisions.
I have read, and agree to comply with “General Information for Crafters”
