the entire NCA Curriculum. Overnight Camps feature a
balanced schedule of Game Time and Performance
material where your team will learn new transitional stunts,
and can work up to flipping and twisting pyramids and safe

These camps are run in conjunction with NDA Dance Camps. Cheer
and dance teams from the same school can attend camp separately

opportunities. With lots of time spent together, and an exceptional Team Time
program, this is the perfect place to build and strengthen team bonds.
2 NIGHT CAMPS – A condensed version of our standard 4 Day
Camp.
DAY CAMPS (NON-OVERNIGHT) – Available in two,
three and four-day formats, these camps feature six hours of instruction
per day. Teams are required to provide their own lunch and refreshments.

PERFORMANCE CAMPS – These camps focus solely on
the performance aspects of cheerleading. Teams will work one-on-one
with an NCA Staffer to create a unique routine to music complete with
stunts, tumbling, jumps and any other elements your team wishes to
showcase. In addition, campers will also have the opportunity to learn
the NCA Stunt, Dance and Jump Curriculum.
INNOVATIVE SPEED CAMPS – Designed to be a
premier source of skill development & training for today’s cheer athlete.
These camps focus on techniques needed to advance individual and
team skills in stunts, pyramids, baskets, and tumbling. Traditional NCA

ULTIMATE SPEED CAMPS – Designed to be a premier
source of skill development & training for today’s cheer athlete. These
camps focus on techniques needed to advance individual and team skills

CHRISTIAN CAMPS - These camps were developed to
teach, train, and mentor cheerleaders in a Christian atmosphere. In
addition to customized curriculum, NEW in 2014, these camps will add
the Varsity Christian Leadership program designed especially for this
camp type.
NCA LEADERSHIP CAMPS - Leadership training is the
core focus of these camps. You can’t spell cheerleader without leader –
so what better environment to learn leadership skills than at cheer camp!
The cheer curriculum taught is exclusive to this camp type. Leadership
training is integrated into all aspects of camp.
SPECIALITY CAMP TYPES
RESORT CAMPS – Our Resort Camps are an experience unlike
any other. With locations such as country clubs, resorts and water parks,
there is scheduled time off to relax and enjoy the surrounding amenities.
These camps are a fun-filled opportunity for your team to truly bond.
But it isn’t all fun and games. With a balanced schedule of Game Time
and Performance material, your team will be taught the same stunts
and skills as our Overnight Camps from some of the best and brightest
cheerleaders in the country.
CHEER & DANCE COMBO CAMPS – These camps are
run in conjunction with NDA Dance Camps. Cheer and dance teams from
the same school can attend camp separately while at the same location.
MASCOT CAMPS – Teams with mascots are encouraged to
attend camp featuring a mascot session so that both can work together
to improve unity and school spirit.
