Kaipo joined Outrigger in 1993 as bell captain at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort. A year later, he joined the Ke ‘Ano Wa‘a implementation team and has been at the forefront of taking Ke ‘Ano Wa‘a and The Outrigger Way global, most recently as cultural experiences manager. ‘OhanaGram Page 2 Prior to Outrigger, Kaipo was hotel manager at the Stouffer Po‘ipu Beach Resort and guest services manager at the Stouffer Waiohai Beach Resort, both on Kaua‘i.
