The Freedom Resort Clubs compensation structure is geared to significantly reward both the part time individual Representative as well as those who choose this opportunity as a full time occupation. There are two different options for becoming a Representative with Freedom Resort Club. ! 1! ! 1. Become a Representative/Member and Save (Sign up as a Rep and Member at the same time and you will save $55 on your Representative fee) - Enrollment Rep Fee is $22 and Member Fee $477, $777, $977. - Monthly Self-replicating Website, back office and rep support. Fee $19.95 a Month - Monthly Member dues $47 a Month 2. Become Representative Only - Enrollment Fee $77 - Monthly Self-replicating Website, back office and rep support. Fee $19.95 a Month *Representative is anyone signs up for the business opportunity to sell FRC memberships. Member is someone who buys a FRC Membership to take advantage of the travel discounts. !FRC!4!ways!To!Earn!Money!! New Membership Commission This immediate income is earned when you refer a new Member to Freedom Resort Club and this Member signs up for one of the three Membership levels (Bronze, Silver, or Gold). Monthly Residual Commission Here, Representatives are paid an ongoing monthly commission based off their down line member $47 per month fee to stay active as Member. Representative will earn this as long as they remain in good standing with Freedom Resort Club. The Fast Start Bonus As a FRC Rep, we give you the opportunity for a quick liftoff. When you have 4 personal Membership sales in the first 30 days of becoming a Representative, you will receive a $250 bonus. This is over and above your standard commission. There is no limit on how many times you can cycle this process in the first 30 days. Example: In your first 30 days. • Sell 4 memberships: $250 bonus. • Sell 8 memberships: $500 bonus. • Sell 12 memberships: $750 bonus. *Remember no cap on how many times you can cycle in your first 30 days ! 2! ! Global Ambassador Bonus Pool FRC will put 1% of new Membership sales into a bonus pool. This bonus pools is split between the Global Ambassadors that make up the pool. Bonus will be paid on a monthly basis and will be for the prior calendar month new Membership sales. Front!End!Income!! ! ! ! ! Income above Shown With Membership Sale of Gold ($977) ! 3! ! Representative Rank Upon executing a Representative Agreement with Freedom Resort Club and paying the Representative Fee you will begin your business at the Representative Level. At this level you will be entitled to obtain Members for FRC as well as sponsor other Representatives into the program. You will receive 12% on new Membership sales. Marketer Rank Upon accumulating 3 total sales, either by yourself or your down line you will be promoted to the Marketer level in the compensation structure. Level 1/Direct Level 2 12% commission on all personal sales that you make 8% override all sales Director Rank Upon completing 6 total group sales in your organization, you will be promoted to the rank of Director in the FRC compensation structure. Level 1/Direct Level 2 Level 3 12% commission on all personal sales that you make 8% override on all sales 8% override on all sales National Director Rank Upon completing 25 total group sales in your organization, you will then be promoted to the rank of National Director in the FRC compensation structure. To maintain rank you or your down line must have $5,000 in new Membership sales each month. Global Director Rank Upon completing 50 total group sales in your organization, you will then be promoted to the rank of Global Director in the compensation structure. To maintain rank you or your down line must have $18,000 in new Membership sales each month. Global Ambassador Upon completing 500 total group sales in your organization, you will then be promoted to the rank of Global Ambassador in the compensation structure. To maintain rank you or your down line must have $25,000 in new Membership sales each month. Level 1/Direct Level 2 Level 3 Level 4 Level 5 Level 6 Level 7 Level 8 12% commission on all personal sales that you make. 8% override on all sales 8% override on all sales 8% override on all sales 5% override on all sales 5% override on all sales 2% override on all sales 2% override on all sales Promotions Promotions occur in real time. That is once you achieve the qualifications for a rank, the next sale is paid at that newly achieved rank. For example, if you are a Marketer and have 5 total group sales, one of which is personal, and on Monday, a group sale in your organization is closed at 1:00pm, then you would immediately be promoted to Director, and if a sale is closed at 1:01pm, you would be paid at the Director level. If a Representative down line does not meet their monthly new Membership sales goal, Representative will be demoted to the rank that meets their monthly activity. Representative will receive commission according to rank at that time. Back!End!Income! Ongoing!Residual!Income! Now we will go into the ongoing, monthly residual income that you may earn as long as you are a qualified Freedom Resort Club Representative. The ongoing income is a percentage of the monthly Membership dues by the Members in your down line, to FRC, as part of a Members staying active. ! 6! ! Residual Income Chart Residual Income Chart with Example of $47 per Month Membership Dues As you can see from the above charts, you may receive a percentage of the Membership dues from Members that you have personally introduced to the Freedom Resort Club, as well as members who have been introduced to FRC from others you have trained to sell and refer to Freedom Resort Club. You can receive these commissions on up to eight levels of Members depending on your current rank in the FRC compensation structure and whether or not you are an active Representative in the Freedom Resort Club program. ! 7! ! Commission Run Representatives will receive commission checks (direct deposit) on the following day below. • New member income commission will be paid every Friday for the prior week’s sales. (Monday to Sunday) • Monthly Residual commission will be paid once a month on the last Friday of the month. • All bonuses will be paid on the 15th of the month from prior month. Charge backs Should FRC, at its discretion or because of the changing legal environment, decide to make a refund to any client for any reason, the commissions paid on that sale will be reversed for all Representatives who received commissions. A charge a back would only happen if a member cancels with in first 3 days. ! 8!
