2.Read the newspaper regularly during your holidays. Cut five pictures from old

a) Create your own Crossword puzzle on terminologies related to flora and fauna:
Make a wall hanging of the crossword using cardboard n colored sheets. Create a
crossword on a separate colored sheet and paste it on the cardboard.(you can

1 Nurture the nature: Be a temperature tracker. Record the maximum and
minimum temperature of atleast 10 days on a mount board and highlight on
which day the temperature was

1 On a mountboard, make a symmetrical sand butterfly or flower. (Use bright
colours)
Roll No. 21 – 30
1 Make a snakes and ladders game on a mountboard. Use a 10 x 10 grid and
write numbers from 1 – 100 on it. Encircle all the prime numbers and cross the
composite numbers. Use coloured buttons and dice to play the game with your
family and friends.

Using handmade paper, make a shopping bag and paste the picture of any
Mathematician on it. (use geometrical shapes and eco friendly materials)
OR
Make a mini mathematics dictionary using waste paper or old greeting cards.
Pick up 10 words used in Maths and Write them along with their meaning. (You
may refer to your maths book)
Roll No. 41 onwards –
1 Design your own Table mat: Can you try and invent a totally new design of a
table Mat. All you need is one fourth of a chart paper to put your ideas opn. Use
triangles, squares, rectangles, circles and line segments to create your design.
And you can even make use of any art form you know of collage, painting,
embroidery or even computer pieces, strings, coloured paper etc. And, do cover
the table mat with plastic sheet. Happy Weaving! J

The collage and the charts should be well laminated , labelled and should be
presented in hanging mode with hooks. Models should be laminated.
Poster size should be half the size of cartridge sheet.

Prepare a project report on “ AIR POLLUTION - FINDING A SOLUTION”. Use
suitable pictures for this purpose.Also prepare a poster on “GO GREEN TO
BREATHE CLEAN”.
ROLL NO. 31 – 40 *Prepare pamphlets / posters on the theme “ PROTECT
THE
NATURE FOR A BETTER FUTURE”. Also write a small poem or
few lines on conservation of flora and fauna on the
poster.
ROLL NO. 41 - 50* Prepare a project report on FUELS - OUR LIFELINE. Energy

today is energy for tomorrow. Also prepare a sash on the above theme.
