Dear Comrades,
REG: FULL DAY STRIKE ON 4TH JUNE 2015.
As already informed vide Circular No.23/2015 Dated 8th May, 2015 SSBEA has given a call for strike
on 4th June 2015. We hope that you must be making all out preparations to make the strike a grand
success. We again remind all the members that the strike call is to be implemented by the workmen
only throughout the Associate Banks, hence special precautions should be taken as per details
mentioned below.
No member should apply leave on 4th & 24th June 2015 under any circumstances.
Armed Guards will be exempted from the Strike.
Posters should be displayed at every Branch/Office.
In case of any rumors / fake propaganda through social media please immediately contact
Central Office or your nearest Office Bearers.
5. Implement all the programmes in letter and spirit as per details mentioned hereunder:
(a) 28th May 2015 – Demonstration at Head Office, All ZO’s & RO’s and at all major
Centres.
(b) 1st June 2015 – Badge Wearing.
(c) 3rd June 2015 – Demonstration at All Centres.
(d) 4th June 2015 – Full Day Strike & Massive Rallies/Procession at all District Head
Quarters and members from all the branches within district will join rallies at their nearest
district head quarter.
(e) Press release should be issued containing demands/issues by authorized Office Bearers
and reports of implementation should be mailed to Central Office.

Comrades, this is the struggle against rigid/adamant and discriminatory attitude of SBI Management.
We have to fight out with full strength. Ultimately we shall emerge victorious as like in the past under
the banner of AIBEA.

Vacate attacks on trade union in SBBJ
Extend compassionate appointment scheme as per
Government guidelines.
Increase quantum of staff housing loan.
Recruitment of sub staff and part time employees.
Resolve pending demands.
Do not impose SBI service condition and career
progression in Associate Banks Enhance overdraft
limits.
