PICKLEBALL CLUB TOURNAMENT
APRIL 15-APRIL 17TH
Your Pickleball Club is sponsoring a tournament for Members
Only. This will be for Men, Women and Mixed teams based upon
players’ ranking. The rankings will be from 2.5 to 5.0. The
tournament will be a double elimination format.
You can obtain a registration form and look at the ranking
descriptions on the web site - scccpickleball.com. Also, Candy
Lamb will e-mail forms to all members with an email address. For
those members without a computer or printer, there will be
registration forms at the courts on the bulletin board. Entrance fee
is a non-refundable $15 per player. Checks should be made out to
SC PICKLEBALL. Men’s play will be on Wednesday 4/15;
Women’s on Thursday 4/16 and Mixed on Friday 4/17. Matches
will begin at 9AM. Saturday 4/18 is a rain date if needed.
On your first scheduled day of play, each of you will receive a tshirt, towel, bottle koozy, an energy bar, and 1 bottle of water. If
you play a 2nd event, you will receive another bottle of water and
energy bar on that day. We ask players to bring along more
food/liquids if you need and you can use the water fountains to
replenish empty bottles. A limited supply of water and Gatorade will
be available for “players” on that specific day.
Applications and entrance fees are to be placed in the Pickleball
mailbox of the activities office at the Horizon Center. Registration
Deadline is 3/30/15.
We hope this will be a fun event for our Members.
