TARGETED RESEQUENCING
TARGETED RESEQUENCING 20-25% UPSIZE or 20% OFF TaKaRa PrimeSTAR GXL DNA Polymerase & LA Taq HS DNA Polymerase Behind every good targeted resequencing experiment, there’s a great polymerase Because targeted resequencing using Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) platforms allows detailed investigation of specific genomic regions, this technique is frequently used to assess somatic or germline mutations. Targeted resequencing also aids discovery of novel causative mutations for genetic disorders. DNA samples are amplified by an initial round of PCR, then pooled for library preparation and NGS. This first amplification step is critical to success. For targeted resequencing workflows with a variety of NGS platforms we offer PrimeSTAR GXL DNA Polymerase and TaKaRa LA Taq HS DNA Polymerase.
