CITY PARTNERS WITH
KELLER WILLIAMS WINTER PARK MARKET CENTER
TO HOST “RED DAY” IN WINTER PARK
WINTER PARK, Fla., an internationally recognized ICMA Excellence
Award winner with accredited fire, police and parks & recreation
agencies (April 30, 2015) – Keller Williams® Winter Park Market Center
in partnership with the City of Winter Park Fire-Rescue Code Compliance
Section will host “REDDAY” Thursday, May 14, 2015. Agents and staff
from the Market Center will be painting, making needed repairs, removing
unwanted items, and landscaping two Winter Park houses for
homeowners who are physically or financially unable to do so themselves.
Renovations will take place at 678 Dunbar St. and
1019 Minnesota Ave. at 7:30 a.m.
“Safety is always our first priority. Partnering with Keller Williams on this
project keeps our neighborhoods safe by helping homeowners come into
compliance on various interior and exterior home needs,” shared
Fire Chief and Director of Code Compliance Jim White. “Having a wellmaintained home will restore the pride of our citizens, help eliminate the
potential code fines/liens, and minimize the risk of property value decline.”
Introduced in 2009, RED Day, which stands for Renew, Energize and
Donate, is Keller Williams Realty’s annual day of service. Team Leader
Zola Szerencses says, “It’s our way of saying thanks to our friends,
neighbors and clients.”
