IV International Scout Football Championship
Terms & Conditions
§ 1 INTRODUCTION
The Scout Cup Championship main purpose is cooperation between European Scouts
and propagation of physical activity in scout circles. The game is open for every
European Scout Organization and every Polish Scout Association.
§2 GENERAL INFORMATION
1. The Scout Cup organizer is Polish Scout Association- ZHP Choragiew Krakowska.
Address: ul. Karmelicka 31, 31-131 Krakow NIP: 676-234-15-99.
2. Tournament takes place in Sports Facility of General Education School
Complex no. 3 (Zespol Szkol Ogolnoksztalcących Integracyjnych) in Krakow,
Address: Strąkowa 3A, 30-410 Krakow. We will attach a map with instruction for every team.
3. Dates: 22–24.05.2015.
§3 PARTICIPANT
1.There are four categories of competition:
I - Scouts born between 1st January 2002 and 31st December 2004
II - Scouts born between 1st January 1999 and 31st December 2001
III - Scouts born before 31st December 1998 -OPEN CATEGORY
IV- Female Teams
2.There is a possibility of younger participant playing in higher age category.
3.The opposite situation (older participant playing in lower age category) is
unacceptable and may result in team disqualification.
4.One person can play ONLY in one team in each category.
5.Rules do not provide for coeducational teams.
6.Championship is open only for scouts teams.
§4 ACCOMMODATION
1.All teams are accommodate in General Education School Complex no. 3’s
Classrooms.
2.There are showers available in school.
3.Organisers ensure hot meal on Saturday and boiling water.
§5 REGISTRATION PROCESS
1.Application must be sent before the 1st of May 2015.
2.Application form is available on Championship website: www.scoutcup.krakowska.zhp.pl
3.Completed application form must be send via e-mail to [email protected] and printed,
ready to render while accommodate.
4.Fee for whole team is 100 PLN(about 25€) regardless of quantity of players in team. Must be paid
before the 1st of May 2015 For foreign teams there is a possibility of paying fee while accommodate.
5.For the proper conduct of accommodation teams must have:
Completed and printed application form
Written Consent to participate in Tournament from District/Region Commissioner

Scouts under age 18 must have Written Consent to participate in Tournament AND statement about
health condition signed by parent or legal guardian
Personal accident insurance (for every participant)
Proof of payment
Sleeping bag and foam mattress
Food for breakfast and supper
Shoes to wear at school
6.Teams with participant under the age of 18 must have adult supervisor. The supervisor must be
Guider of the particular scout circle.
7.Accommodation in General Education School Complex no. 3 will be held on 22nd May 2015 between
4 and 7 PM.
8.The maximum number of teams is 40, regardless of category. The application process is based on a
first-come-first-served basis.
§ 6 TOURNAMENT RULES
1.Tournament depending on number of qualified teams will be play according to rules of Single-elimination
Tournament or all-play-all Tournament Matches take place on open football ground sized 62m x 30m
For I, II and IV category we invite eight-people teams (goalkeeper and 7 more players) for III category
(OPEN) we invite seven-people teams (goalkeeper and 6 more players).
There could be no more than 3 Substitute Players.
Teams must have sport footwear (ex. indoor shoes).
Because of the surface of football grounds football boots are strictly forbidden.
Wearing it may results in team disqualification.
The same T-shirts for every team player are obligatory. In case of two teams wearing the same colour
shirts, one of the team will receive Scrimmage Vests.
Every team must perform own warming-up before the game.
Matches last 20 minutes without any break. The Final match lasts 30 minutes with one break after 15
minutes and sides-change.
There must be at least 4 teams in a category. Otherwise the matches will be cancelled.
2.In Group Stage points are awarded as follows:
-win = 3 points
-draw = 1 point
-lose = 0 points
3.When more than one team has equal score in Group Stage, the promotion to next stage depends
on:
–results of direct meeting
–Goal difference
–higher number of goals scored
–penalties (5 each team)
4.After Group stage promotion depends on result of each game.
5.In case of draw, promotion depends on penalties (5 each team).
6.For missed match team loses by walkover, which is equivalent to awarding opposite team with 3
points in Group Stage or promotion in Knockout Phase.
7.In Scout Cup all teams are rewarded.
8.In Scout Cup there are Individual Prizes in every category:
–The Top Scorer
–The Best Goalkeeper
–Fair
-Play award

9.During every game referee may punish a player by 3-minutes dismissals and red cards.
–Receiving a red card is equivalent to pause one round in next math
–There must be at least five players in team during match. Otherwise the match is lose by walkover
10. There is no maximum number of substitution permitted during the course of the game. (except the
goalkeeper). The player who has been substituted must overstep the touch-line and leave the pitch
before the substitute enter the pitch. Substitution can be make only in assigned area.
11. Goalkeeper can be substituted only once during the game break.
12. Breaking the substitution rules may result in 3-minutes dismissal.
13. The Final Draw for the 2015 Scout Cup will be held on 22nd May 2015 (Friday) at 9 pm.
§7 TOURNAMENT SERVICE
1.Matches will be provided by 1 referee. Compliance with the tournament rules will be coordinate by
independent supervisor.
2.Scout First Aid Service will take care of any participant’s injury and health problems.
3.Tournament and all matches will be coordinated by Scout Service.
§8 ELIMINATED TEAMS
1.All teams must attend the Final Ceremony.
2.Eliminated teams can leave the School and do sightseeing ONLY under a supervision (if participants are
under 18) and after REPORTING it to organizers.
3.Team must be back in school until 10 PM. and report it to organizers.
4.Every team must have footwear to wear at school and during workout in sport hall.

§10 FINAL PROVISIONS
1.All participant MUST follow the FAIR PLAY RULE, SCOUT LAW and TERMS&CONDITIONS.
2.Breaking rules may results in disqualification of player, supervisor or whole team.
3.Teams must sign the Terms & Conditions while accommodation.
4.The organizers reserve the rights to final interpretation of this Terms & conditions.
