Whereas the Collector, Rayagada has submitted the proposal for fresh-election to
the office o f Ward Members due to de-reservation o f seat for non availability o f eligible
persons belonging to reserved categories o f the concerned W ard Member as mentioned in the
statement appended to this order
Now, therefore, the State Election Commission in exercise o f powers conferred under
Article 243K o f Constitution o f India read with Section 13(2) o f O.G. P Act, 1964 and Rule 3B(4) o f O.G.P.E. Rules, 1965 hereby appoints the following dates and time for the fresh
election to be held in respect o f the offices o f W ard Members as per the statement appended
herewith.
