Technical Description
Denne bruksanvisningen gjeder for DEHA Universalankerhode i forbindelse med bruk og løft av
DEHA Kuleankersystem.
Systemet består av DEHA Universalankerhode og
et innstøpt DEHA Kuleanker. DEHA Universalankerhode er en manuelt operert kobling. Lastgruppene og dimensjoner er vist i tabellen under.
For å kunne løfte med Universalankerhodet og
kuleankeret må disse tilhøre samme lastgruppe.
Grunnet den geometriske utformingen av anker
og kobling vil det ikke være mulig å bruke feil
kombinasjon. Gjeldene nasjonale sikkerhetsforskrifter for løft og transport må overholdes.
For prefabrikkerte deler, som skal løftes med
DEHA 6116 kobling, spesielt for rør, må det ikke
benyttes DEHA Universalankerhode.
These user instructions applies to the DEHA Universal-Head Lifting Clutch in connection with the
instructions for the DEHA Spherical-Head Lifting
Anchor System.
The system consists of the DEHA Universal-Head
Lifting Clutch and the cast-in DEHA SphericalHead Lifting Anchors. The DEHA Universal-Head
Lifting Clutch is a manually operated clutch. The
load groups and dimensions are shown in the
following table. For lifting the Lifting Clutch and
the Lifting Anchor must belong to the same load
group. Due to the geometric properties wrong
combinations are not possible. The Safety Regulations must be observed, especially the applicable
regulations such as German VGB 9 'Cranes' and
VGB 9a, 'Load bearing devices for lifting operation'. For precast concrete parts, which are to be
lifted with the DEHA Turning and Lifting Link, in
particular for pipes, the Universal-Head Lifting
Clutch must not be used before.

A) Tilkobling
For å koble til ankeret settes åpningen i
universalankerhodets kule ned i utsparingen
over ankeret. Klaffen på kulen trykkes ned og
vris mot og ned til betongoverflaten for å sikre
riktig tilkobling.
B) Løfting
Elementet kan nå løftes. Koblingen tillater bevegelse i alle retninger under løft med unntak av
posisjonenen merket "feil" i skissen over.
C) Frakobling
Når løftestroppen er avlastet kan man løfte
opp klaffen og frakoble universalankerhodet
ved å løfte det rett opp.
A) Engaging
In order to connect the clutch to the anchor,
the sphere is pushed with its opening facing
downwards into the recess over the anchor.
The latch of the sphere is then turned downwards to the concrete surface.
B) Lifting
The precast element can be lifted. Tilting,
turning and swivelling of the concrete unit
in motion is permissible in any direction,
except for the positions marked 'wrong' in the
drawing above.
C) Releasing
To release, the load hook is lowered and
the sphere turned up and out.

Alle Universalankehoder er utstyrt med identifikasjonsmerker. Fronten på sjakkelen er merket
med navn på produsenten (DEHA) og benevnelsen K-A. På baksiden viser lastgruppen og et
brukssymbol. Kulen er merket med lastgruppe,
produksjonsnummer og produksjonsår.
Betegnelsen K-A betyr at universalankerhodet
kan brukes sammen med følgende transportankersystem:
• DEHA transportankersystem type K med
Kuleanker.
• DEHA transportankersystem type A med
adapter for hylseanker.
Each Universal-Head Lifting Clutch has identification markings. The front of the handle is
engraved with the name of the manufacturer
(DEHA) and the identification K-A, the rear
of the handle shows the loadgroup and an
operating icon. On the sphere are visible the
load group, the batch no. and the year of
production.
The type identification K-A denotes that the
Universal-Head Lifting Clutch can be used
for the following two DEHA Lifting Anchor
systems:
• for the DEHA Lifting Anchor System type K
with the Spherical-Head Lifting Anchor and

Bruker han ansvarer for at universalankerhodet
kun tas i bruk hvis det er kontrollert av kvalifisert
person. En hver form for feil skal rettes. Bruker
er ansvarlig for at Universalankerhodet inspiseres
av kvalifisert person minst en gang om året ihht.
Arbeidstilsynets forskrifter om Løfteinnretninger
og løfteredskaper. I tillegg til deformasjoner er
det viktig at slitasjen måles. Universalankerhodets benevnelser og merkinger må være leselige.
Om maks tillatt mål for ”h” overstiges eller
minste målet for ”m” understiges, vil all videre
bruk kunne medføre fare.
Utførelse av ovenstående inspeksjon skal
dokumenteres i en prøveprotokoll. Dersom
Arbeidstilsynet eller andre ønsker det skal
prøveprotokollen fremvises. Erfaring tilsier at
Universalankerhodene etter 7 års kontinuerlig
bruk har oppnådd sine grenseverdier under
forutsetning at de er benyttet på foreskrevet
måte.
Endringer og reparasjoner på Universalankerhodet, spesielt sveising, er strengt forbudt.
The user should always ensure that the Universal-Head Lifting Clutches are only used if they
are properly inspected by a qualified person.
Any defects found are to be corrected.The user
has to ensure that the Universal-Heads are
inspected by a qualified person at least once a
year. As well as any deformations, it is important that the amount of wear is determined.
The lettering and identification of the link must
be visible. If the limiting dimensions given in the
table are exceeded for “h” or fall below those
given for “m”, a further use of the UniversalHead Lifting Clutch is not safe.
Execution of the above mentioned inspections
has to be recorded in a report indicating the
values measured. In case of any failure these
reports have to be presented. Experience have
shown that Universal-Head Lifting Clutches reach the end of their lifetime after 7 years if they
are in constant and appropriate use. Alterations
and repairs to the Universal-Heads, especially
welding operations, are strictly forbidden.
