Gäller följande produkter
Kylmoduler i FIGHTER 1110/15/25 och 1210/15/25 med
Bristol Inertia kompressorer i effektstorlekar 6 (5) , 8 (7)
och 10 (8,5) kW tillverkade f.o.m. 2001.
Kompressorplatta
Benchmarkkompressorn är vriden i förhållande till
Inertian. Om inte kompressorplattan har båda hålbilderna måste plattan bytas. Nya hål borras genom kyldelens bottenplåt. Ljudisolering av kyldelstak monteras
på ovansidan.

Hetgasrör
Kapa hetgasrör på vågrät del vid kondensorn, så långt
ifrån kondensorn att det går att löda det nya röret utan
att skada kondensorn.
Nytt hetgasrör ska fästas med hållare i kompressorfot
(se bild).
Sugrör
Befintligt sugrör kapas så att det passar med det nya
sugröret.
Vätskeledningsrör
Böj röret så det går ovanför hetgasröret.
Vevhusvärmare
Benchmarkkompressorn ska utrustas med vevhusvärmare. Har inte kompressorn monterad värmare ska medlevererad användas. Värmaren ansluts till fast fas tex. A1
på K68 och till nolla.
Köldmediefyllning
Kylsystemet, med torkfilter dimension 053, ska fyllas
med R-407 C enligt tabell nedan.

Applies to the following products
Cooling modules in FIGHTER 1110/15/25 and
1210/15/25 with Bristol Inertia compressors in outputs
of 6 (5), 8 (7) and 10 (8.5) kW manufactured from and
including 2001.
Compressor panel
The Benchmark compressor is turned in relation to
Inertia. If the compressor panel does not have both hole
patterns, replace the panel. Drill new holes through the
bottom panel of the cooling section using the new compressor panel as a template. Install the soundproofing
for the cooling section’s roof on top.

Holder, suction gas line
Hot gas pipe
Cut the hot gas pipe on the horizontal part by the
condenser, as far away from the condenser as possible
in order to solder the new pipe without damaging the
condenser.
Attach the new hot gas pipe with the holder in the
compressor foot (see image).
Suction pipe
Cut the existing suction pipe so that it fits the new suction pipe.
Liquid line pipe
Bend the pipe so that it runs above the hot gas pipe.
Crankcase heater
The Benchmark compressor must be equipped with a
crankcase heater. If the compressor does not have a
heater installed, use the heater supplied. Connect the
heater to a fixed phase protected by the heat pumps
internal fuse, e.g. A1 on K68 and to zero.

Fill the cooling system, including drying filter dimension
053, with R-407 C according to the table below.

Montage
Gilt für folgende Produkte
Kühlmodule in FIGHTER 1110/15/25 und 1210/15/25
mit Bristol Inertia-Verdichtern in den Leistungsgrößen 6
(5), 8 (7) und 10 (8,5) kW, die ab 2001 gefertigt wurden.
Verdichterplatte
Der Benchmark-Verdichter ist im Verhältnis zum
Inertia gedreht. Weist die Verdichterplatte nicht beide
Lochbilder auf, muss die Platte ausgetauscht werden.
Unter Verwendung der Verdichterplatte als Vorlage sind
neue Löcher durch die Bodenplatte des Kühlteils zu bohren. Die Schallisolierung der Kühlteilabdeckung wird auf
der Oberseite montiert.

Heißgasrohr
Schneiden Sie das Heißgasrohr am waagerechten Teil
des Kondensators mit soviel Abstand zum Kondensator
zu, dass das neue Rohr angelötet werden kann, ohne
den Kondensator zu beschädigen.
Das neue Heißgasrohr ist mit einer Halterung am
Verdichterfuß (siehe Abbildung) zu befestigen.
Saugrohr
Das vorhandene Saugrohr ist so zu kürzen, dass es mit
dem neuen Saugrohr kompatibel ist.
Flüssigkeitsleitungsrohr
Biegen Sie das Rohr so, dass es oberhalb des
Heißgasrohrs verläuft.
Kurbelgehäuseheizer
Der Benchmark-Verdichter ist mit einem
Kurbelgehäuseheizer auszurüsten. Ist am Verdichter
kein Heizer montiert, so ist der mitgelieferte zu verwenden. Der Heizer ist an Fase (abgesichert an der
Wärmepumpe), z.B. an A1 am K68, und am Nullleiter
anzuschließen.
Kältemittelbefüllung
Das Kühlsystem mit Trockenfilter in Abmessung 053 ist
gemäß der unten aufgeführten Tabelle mit R-407 C zu
befüllen.
