Valg af dirigent blev Jan Bech og møde blev afholdt i god ro og orden , vi takker
Årsberetning blev afholdt af formanden , tilbageblik på de møder i det forløbne år som vi har oplevet
sammen i gruppe, blev omtalt
Status på gruppen er 30 medlemmer.
Fremtiden
Der blev fremlagt hvilke ambitioner og møder bestyrelsen har i næste år

Vi ønsker at øge antallet af medlemmer med ca. 10 til 15 personer yderligere i Netværket , der blev
opfordret til at medlemmer kommer med bud
personer som passer i gruppe og har indsigt i byggeri eller en vinkling dertil
Vi ønsker at gennemfører rejse til Berlin i primo september 2015 på ca. 4 dage varighed
Vi vil lave tradition med at deltage i et kultur arrangement i Århus festuge
Vi vil fastholde stafet ide
Bergren hjemmeside – ud bygges , 2-3 minutter intro nyt eller hvad laver du ..jævnligt på møder
Mødekalender for resten af år 2014 / oplæg blev gennemgået

Århus festuge arrangement uge i september aftalt den 4 eller 5 september
Oktober møde Jens Skinnebach , CERES projekt
Jule komsammen den 21 november
”Stafetten Whisky” – JB og anden person
Klaus Lantz opfølgning på hvordan vi kan bruge netværk og hinanden evt. i primo november.
Regnskab
Regnskab blev fremlagt af Kent , regnskabet var tilfredsstillende og blev godkendt.
Der blev aftalt at undersøge om vi kan få Hosting billigere , JB undersøger dette
Indkomne forslag til generalforsamlingen
Det var ikke modtaget nogle forslag fra medlemmer
Bestyrelsen
Kristian og Bjerre træder ud af bestyrelsen og Netværk takker for den gode indsats , Kristian og Bjerre
forbliver medlemmer i netværk.
Nye bestyrelsesmedlemmer blev valgt , det blev Jan Bech og Steen Kodahl Ledet
Valg af suppleant til bestyrelsen, blev Steen Fredborg
Valg af 2 revisorer , blev Kristian Bredgaard Lassen og Carl Verner Christiansen
Eventuelt
Der blev aftalt at mødes d. 26 juni 2014 - kl. 17.00 til en sommer øl på CASABLANCA
