Definitions
1.1. The meaning of the words used in these terms and
conditions are as follows:
“we”, “us”, “our” or “the Company” is a reference to
Scream Ltd. T/A Redribbon.ie.
“you” or “your” is a reference to the person to whom we
are supplying the Redribbon Experience Box, and whom is
required to pay for the Redribbon® Experience Box which
we supply.
“parties” refers to both us and you.
“ES” refers to an experience or service provider, which
offers to provide goods or services as indicated in
Redribbon® Experience Box booklet.

1.3. Redribbon.ie is owned by Scream Ltd. of 56 Dartmouth
Square, Dublin 6, Ireland.
1.4. By accessing and using the Redribbon® website you
agree to the standard terms and conditions and the terms
of any other documents governing your use of the website,
including the Privacy Policy.
1.5. Each ES offering a package in our Redribbon®
Experience Box will have its own terms and conditions for
the package which you can avail of. These are available
upon request from the ES. You are responsible for making
sure you are aware of, and comply with, the relevant ES’s
terms and conditions.
1.6. These terms and conditions apply to the exclusion of all
other terms and conditions, unless we specifically confirm
otherwise in writing. Please read these terms and
conditions before placing an order.
2.
Ordering your Redribbon® Experience Box & Vouchers
2.1. We accept all orders for Redribbon® Experience Boxes
from you, subject to availability.
2.2. Subject to further validation checks which we may choose
to make, our email confirmation of acceptance of your
order will constitute a legally binding contract between us,
to which these terms and conditions apply.
2.3. We provide Redribbon® Experience Boxes & Vouchers
through a variety of sources; online, telephone purchase
as well as through retail stores.
2.4. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Laser card.
Where payment is made by card, we will validate your
card details prior to accepting your order.
2.5. Upon validation of these details we will confirm receipt of
your order by sending an email to the email address
provided by you in your order form.
2.6. By placing an order online or over telephone, you are
authorising us to debit the credit or debit card which you
have provided on the secure webpage on the Redribbon®
website. Payment will be debited from your card before
the dispatch of your purchase.

Delivery
We are able to offer the following delivery methods for
Redribbon® Experience Box & Vouchers;
If you choose the postal delivery method, your
Redribbon® Experience Voucher or Box will normally be
dispatched on the day of purchase, if purchased before
1PM. Orders will be delivered within 1-3 working days.
Any delays are not our responsibility.
Any orders made after 1PM will be dispatched the
following day.
If you choose the eVoucher delivery method, you should
receive your voucher via email instantly upon authorisation
of payment. If you have not received your voucher, please
check your spam folder, or call the Redribbon® team on
0818 240 073, Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.30.
If you do not receive your Redribbon® Experience
Box/Voucher within a reasonable time and believe that it
has been lost in the post, please contact us and we will
provide a replacement, free of charge.
If due to any inaccuracy of any of the contact details
provided to us, the delivery company is unable to deliver
your order, any subsequent deliveries will be made at your
own cost.
If you require a Redribbon® Experience Box/Voucher to
be delivered urgently or to reach the intended recipient on
a certain date, we will endeavour to make such necessary
arrangements to accommodate your request. This may
result in you incurring an extra cost.
While we endeavour to ensure that your Redribbon®
Experience Box/Voucher is received promptly, we shall
have no liability to you for any failure to deliver the
product you have ordered or any delay in doing so, for
any damage or defect to the product delivered, that is
caused by any event or circumstance beyond our
reasonable control, including; without limitation; strikes;
lock-outs and other industrial disputes; breakdown of
systems, or network access; flood, fire, explosion or
accident.

Validity
4.1. All Redribbon® Experience Boxes are valid for 9 months
from issue date.
4.2. Redribbon® Experience Vouchers purchased online have a
validity of at least 3 months. (Weekly Deals)
4.3. You must book and take your activity before the expiry
date of your box or voucher, or it will cease to be valid.

Redribbon® Experience Box
Contents of the Box
Each Redribbon® Experience Box contains a booklet and
a voucher, which is the equivalent to a means of payment
for a given service or experience. Each voucher has a
unique code which must be quoted online in order to get
your confirmation code. Your confimation code must be
quoted when booking your experience with the ES.
You must keep your voucher safely and securely. We are
not responsible for any lost voucher. We also accept no
responsibility for any loss you may sustain as a result of
voucher theft, impersonation or identity fraud.
Please carefully follow the ‘How To Book’ instructions listed
at the front of this booklet.

The images illustrated in the Redribbon® Experience Box
as well as on Redribbon.ie are used an indication only.
Features indicated such as; vehicles; machines; craft; and
animals at each ES’s venue may vary.
Experience Description
The information provided about each experience in the
Redribbon® Experience Box booklet is correct at the time
of print. However, the content or format of the packages
may vary during the year. The most up to date details of
each experience are available on our website or through
calling us directly.
Experiences are for 1 person only unless stated otherwise
in your booklet or on the Redribbon® website.
The experience described at the time of purchase may
change from time to time. The Company reserves the right
to remove or change its offered experiences, activities or
its ES’s, therefore, the experiences provided and
represented in your Redribbon® Experience Box may vary
during the validity period of your voucher.

6.
Experience Provider Venues
6.1. The Redribbon® network of ES’s includes a large selection
of popular venues across Ireland and Northern Ireland.
We frequently add venues and ES’s to the experiences we
can offer. However, occasionally, we may need to
withdraw a venue featured in our booklet and website,
due to reasons we cannot control.
6.2. Each ES has its own terms and conditions. It is your
responsibility to make yourself familiar and to accept
these.
6.3. Some ES’s may require you to provide your credit card
details at the time of booking in order to secure the
booking and ensure you attend. If you fail to attend, an ES
may debit such sums from your card, in accordance with
the ES’s own terms and conditions.
6.4. Upon booking your experience you will need to provide
your confirmation code to the ES.
6.5. The information provided by the Company in Redribbon®
brochure and gift boxes about each experience we offer is
correct at the time of print. However content or format of
our products or services may vary slightly during the year.

Restrictions
Availability
All experiences are subject to availability. The most up to
date information on the availability of experiences can be
found by contacting the ES.
We advise you to book your experience as early as
possible, ideally 28 days in advance.
You should not make any arrangements in connection with
the experience until you have received your full booking
confirmation from the relevant ES.
Redribbon® cannot accept responsibility for any
alternative discounted offers with any ES at the time of
booking.
8.
Disclaimer
8.1 Redribbon® accept no responsibility for loss damage or
disapointment suffered by customers due to over booking
errors, oversights or service issues at participating
Redribbon® suppliers.
2BB1D: entitles you to 2 Weekend Nights B&B plus 1 Dinner per person (or 3 Midweek Nights B&B plus 1 Dinner per person) in a
range of 3 and 4 star hotels nationwide at a rate of €98 per person, based on 2 people sharing. You may take an additional night for
free when you check in midweek (Sunday, Monday or Tuesday).
1BB1D: entitles you to one Weekend or Midweek Night B&B plus 1 Dinner per person in a range of 3 and 4 star hotels nationwide at a
rate of €49.50 per person, based on 2 people sharing.
Room Only: entitles you to 1 night on a room only rate based on 2 people sharing at a rate of €29.50 per person. Breakfast or Dinner
is NOT included in this offer.

These offers are subject to promotional availability at
participating hotels in the Republic of Ireland and
Northern Ireland at the time of booking and cannot be
used in conjunction with any other offer or booking.

These offers are based on bookings for two adults sharing
a twin/double room. For the 2BB1D & Room Only
package , up to two children under 10 years of age may
share the adults accommodation for free (subject to hotel
policy and availability). Please note not all participating
hotels cater for two children for free. A supplement may be
required for a larger room. For 1BB1D package children
can share with adults where available but there will be an
additional cost payable to the hotel on departure. For all
offers the children’s (3-10 yrs) breakfast and children’s
evening meal must be paid directly to the hotel.

Please note that quoted sterling rates are subject to
currency fluctuations.

The 2BB1D package includes full Irish breakfast and one
table d’hote dinner. The 1BB1D package includes full Irish
breakfast and 2 course dinner. The 1 Room Only break
does NOT include breakfast or dinner.

10. Booking Deposit – At the booking stage you will need to
provide your Credit or Laser Card details. For each break
a 12.5% booking deposit including 21% VAT is taken, plus
a €2.95 card processing charge.
The total amounts payable are listed below:
(please note these amounts include €2.95 charge)
-The 2BB1D offer - €32.60 deposit upon booking, and
then €166.35 to the hotel.
-The 1BB1D offer - €17.92 deposit upon booking, and
then €84.03 to the hotel.
-The 1 Room only offer - €11.87 deposit upon booking,
and then €50.08 to the hotel.
Please note in the event of a cancellation the deposit and
booking fee are non-refundable.
5.
Guests may book up to 3 rooms as part of each booking,
at the agreed rate subject to availability.
6.
Additional service or other charges incurred by the guest
must be paid directly to the hotel on departure.
11. Redribbon® cannot be held responsible for facility
changes at any of our participating hotels. Also hotel
images shown may be for illustrative purposes only.

A valid voucher number is required when making a
reservation online or through the dedicated booking line,
you will find this in your Redribbon booklet.
