Siili Solutions Plc acquires Avaus Consulting Oy and the Polish
subsidiary - New company is a leading provider of digital
services and solutions in Finland.

Siili Solutions Plc has today acquired the full ownership of Avaus Consulting Oy, a company
specialised in digital service design and development, as well as its subsidiary in Wroclaw, Poland.
The new company is a leading provider of digital services and solutions in Finland with a strong
foundation for internationalisation.
The entire personnel of Avaus Consulting will continue in their current roles and there are no
changes to ongoing customer projects or agreements. Also, the company name will remain “Avaus
Consulting Oy” until the end of the year 2014. We are more than happy to discuss the services
provided by the new group and the value we can deliver together.

There have been two independent companies operating under the ‘Avaus’ brand: Avaus Consulting
Oy, focusing the design and development of digital services, and Avaus Marketing Innovations Oy,
a business transformation and customer engagement agency with a special focus on marketing
automation. The acquisition does not have an affect on Avaus Marketing Innovations Oy. The
founders of Avaus (Harri Roschier, Tom Nickels, Kim Weckström, JP Virtanen) will continue as
active partners in Avaus Marketing Innovations Oy.
