Getting Started
We’re excited to help you improve your disclosure delivery and tracking skills through Webcaster and INK-it®.
This course is designed to help you increase your hands-on knowledge while providing you with expert help
from our Professional Services Group.
Your manual includes repeatable learning features, an area for your notes and a visual guide to help you
understand the content of this class. Keep it handy as you continue to learn about Point.
General Class Procedures
Please understand this is a Point Software program class and not a how-to originate or process loans class.
Your instructor will not answer specific loan questions — except as related to the software. It would be helpful if
your questions are related to the topic at hand. If not, your instructor likely will defer the answer until that topic
is covered.
This is not a hands-on class: You are welcome to use your personal computer to follow the instructions but
your instructor cannot take the time to support any technical problems with your equipment or software.
Please turn off cell phones and other devices during the instruction time: This is simple courtesy to the
other students.
NOTES:
The training room will be locked or otherwise secure during the breaks. You may leave your class material if
you wish, however, please take your valuables with you. Neither Calyx Software nor your instructor is
responsible for any loss or damage to your personal items.

If the Borrower has not registered on the website, this message will appear informing you the Borrower has not
accessed the eDisclosure consent statement.
NOTES:
In this case, an account is automatically created on the borrower’s behalf and an email notification is sent. The
default password is the borrower’s social security number.

Change the Output Option to Store. The click Store as one file.
