Established in 1989, Priorbank has been a subsidiary of Raiffeisen Bank International since 2003. It is one of
the largest local private banks ranking seventh among Belorussian banks in terms of total assets. Priorbank is
also one of the leading financial institutions in Belarus in terms of efficiency and profitability.
As a universal bank, it services corporate customers, small and medium–sized enterprises as well as private
individuals and offers the full range of banking services. In 2014 Priorbank had a countrywide distribution
network of 97 business outlets and 2,176 employees serving 744,935 customers. The loan portfolio amounted to EUR 982 million as of year-end 2014, and bank assets reached EUR 1,536 million.
Priorbank has a number of subsidiaries, with “Raiffeisen Leasing” JLLC being the largest. “Raiffeisen Leasing”,
co-operating closely with Priorbank’s branch network, maintained its market position in 2014 as one of the
country’s largest leasing company.
