Ljubljana, 26. november 2015 DNEVNI RED / AGENDA Izzivi komuniciranja o varnosti hrane / Challenges of communicating Food Safety EFSA informacijska točka, ki deluje na Ministrstvu za kmetijstvo, gozdarstvo in prehrano, v sodelovanju z Evropsko agencijo za varnost hrane in Nacionalnim inštitutom za javno zdravje organizira strokovno srečanje »Izzivi komuniciranja o varnosti hrane«. Vsebina srečanja bo namenjena izzivom obveščanja o tveganjih - zakaj in kako komunicirati o varnosti in kakovosti hrane, kako obveščati o tveganjih, povezanih s hrano? Predstavljeni bodo vloga, dosežki in načrti Evropske agencije za varnost hrane z zaključki 2. znanstvene konference (»Shaping the Future of Food Safety, Together«), dobre prakse in učinkoviti načini komuniciranja, ki krepijo zaupanje potrošnikov v varno hrano, ter rezultati raziskave javnega mnenja o varnosti hrane in prepoznavnosti EFSA v Sloveniji. Srečanje bo priložnost za razpravo o varnosti hrane in preizkušenih receptih za obveščanje o tveganjih, »ko hrana zakuha vihar«. Znanje in sodelovanje sta ključna dejavnika za učinkovito soočanje z izzivi na področju učinkovitega obveščanje o tveganjih kot sredstva za krepitev zaupanja potrošnikov v oskrbo s hrano. 9:00 - 9:30 9:30 - 9:45 9:45 - 10:00 10:00 - 10:30 10:30 -11:00 11:00 - 11:20 11:20 - 11:35 11:35 -11:45 11:45 - 12:55 The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, EFSA Focal Point, in cooperation with the European Food Safety Authority and the National Institute of Public Health, organises an expert meeting on "Challenges of communicating Food Safety". The main focus of the meeting will be challenges related to risk communication – why and how to communicate about food safety and quality, in particular how to disseminate information about the risks associated with food. Major achievements and challenges of the European Food Safety Authority with the emphasis on the conclusions of the 2nd Scientific Conference ("Shaping the Future of Food Safety, Together"), good practice and effective methods of communication that enhance consumer confidence in food safety and the results of the opinion poll on food safety and visibility of EFSA in Slovenia will be presented. The meeting will be an opportunity to discuss food safety and proven recipes for risk communication, "when food is cooking up a storm".
