What is Students Feedback Online (SuFO)?
SuFO is an online system to evaluate the overall teaching and learning
components in terms of lecturers’ quality assurance and performance, content
and infrastructure.
It is introduced to replace the less
efficient manual evaluation process
with a more dynamic, user-friendly,
flexible, near zero cost , accurate and
fast SuFO with the result being a
document required for promotion.
Objectives of Students Feedback Online (SuFO):
- To set up a standard and reliable instrument of
evaluation for all UiTM campuses in Malaysia
- To produce new and contemporary innovation with high
technology
CONFIDENTIALITY
The student
particulars are kept
confidential from the lecturer’s view.
SuFO will be opened on week 10 and
will be closed a week after exam result
is released/announced

STUDENTS GUIDELINE
1. Login through the i-Student portal

3. Choose a course.

4. Click start button for evaluation

5. Fill up the evaluation form and submit. (The student particulars
are kept confidential from the lecturer’s view.)
STUDENTS GUIDELINE (TEAM TEACHING)
1. Choose a course
2. Click SuFO (Team Teaching) and choose the SuFO link of the student’s
respective instructor.
3. Click start button for evaluation
4. Fill up the evaluation form and submit (The student particulars
are kept confidential from the lecturer’s view.)
LECTURERS GUIDELINE (VIEW RESULT)
- Login through the i-Learn portal.
- Choose a course.
- Choose Semester and group.
- View and print Analysis.
LECTURERS GUIDELINE
(VIEW RESULT – TEAM TEACHING)
- Login through the i-Learn portal.
- Choose a course to enable the SuFO team teaching.
LECTURERS GUIDELINE
- Click Control Panel and click SuFO (Team Teaching).

- Click OK to enable SuFO Team Teaching.

- to check the availability of SuFO team teaching.

- Click Control Panel and click SuFO Result(Team Teaching)

- Choose Semester and group.

- View and print Analysis.

If the lecturers are not involved in team teaching or no students
have evaluated them, the screen below will appear.
ADMIN GUIDELINE (VIEW RESULT)
- Must register as SuFO Admin (contact i-Learn Admin)
- SuFO Admin : Dean, Campus Director, Deputy Dean (Academic),
Assistant Registrar, Executive Officer.
1. Click System Admin and choose SuFO Analysis.
View All User – To view all user based on faculty and campus chosen.
* 0 Mark = No student evaluate the lecturer.
Search User – View user individually.
