om rekruttering af fredmtidens velfærdsmedarbejdere

• HVILKE ROLLER HAR FREMTIDENS VELFÆRDSMEDARBEJDERE?
• HVORDAN REKRUTTERER OG UDVIKLER VI MEDARBEJDERNE, SOM SKAL UDFYLDE DE NYE ROLLER?
To vigtige spørgsmål, som vi inden for de sundhedsfaglige og pædagogiske områder kan forsøge at besvare i fællesskab.
• OPLÆG V/ MADS ESPERSEN, SENIORANALYTIKER PÅ MANDAG MORGEN
Vi har inviteret Mads Espersen til at rammesætte eftermiddagen med et oplæg om fremtidens velfærdsmedarbejdere.
Oplægget tager afsæt i Mandag Morgens projekt om medarbejderroller i fremtidens velfærdssamfund.
• Desuden vil der være oplæg ved både ledelses- og medarbejderrepræsentanter fra sektoren samt indspark fra det politiske niveau.
Det er hensigten, at der i løbet af eftermiddagen bliver taget forskellige spørgsmål op til drøftelse, så deltagerne kan udfordre hinanden
og selv blive udfordret.
Arrangementet er gratis, og Social & SundhedsSkolen, Herning er vært ved et let aftensmåltid.
Vi bliver glade, hvis du deler denne invitation med andre direktører, chefer og politikere inden for social- og sundhed,
børn og unge samt beskæftiglesesområdet.
