This application is not binding for the applicant as well as quattro GmbH or AUDI AG. quattro
GmbH or AUDI AG will chose a selected number of applicants which will be invited to a first driver
evaluation from the applications received. Some evaluations will be held during 2015. The venue
will be disclosed to the applicants selected in due time. All costs related to the application
including possible further costs (e.g., travel costs, accommodation, catering etc.) have to be borne
by the applicants. The particulars regarding the participation in the Audi Sport TT Cup will be set
out in the driver contracts to be concluded with the applicants selected by quattro GmbH or AUDI
AG to take part in the Audi Sport TT Cup. The application does not under any circumstances
constitute a right for the applicant to participate in the driver evaluations and/or the Audi Sport TT
Cup 2016 itself and/or the conclusion of a driver contract with quattro GmbH or AUDI AG. This
application as well as all disputes arising thereof are ruled – as far as legally admissible – by
German Law.
Declarations of Consent under Data Protection Law
The following declarations of consent are given voluntarily and can be withdrawn by notice to
quattro GmbH, I/EQ, Rolf Michl, Ettingerstraße 53a 85045 Ingolstadt at any time. In the event of
withdrawal quattro GmbH and AUDI AG will upon receipt of the withdrawal notice delete all data
submitted by the applicant. Please find further details in the Guidelines Regarding the collection,
