TÜV SÜD Danmark – Rail NEWSLETTER
TÜV SÜD Danmark – Rail
NEWSLETTER
Vores kursusprogram for foråret findes her.
Blot tilmeld dig her.
Tak for 2014 – og vel mødt til et godt nyt år.

Lighthouse lite event in Copenhagen
TÜV SÜD Danmark hosted about 35 Danish and Swedish Rail experts and decision makers to
discuss new challenges in the rail business. Under the theme “New challenges in railway
operations”, TÜV SÜD experts presented topics
such as security analysis and assessment of
threats in European signalling systems, how to
overcome challenges in placing into services of
rolling stock vehicles as well as the specific
requirements to ERTMS and ETCS-systems.
We were very pleased to welcome Jan Tillie
Schneider from Banedanmark as external
speaker. He gave an excellent presentation on
the New Line Copenhagen Ringsted – one of the
biggest strategic railway infrastructure projects
in Denmark.
Additional information about this event as well as all presentations can be found here.
New liaisons – with our Swedish neighbour and competition Vanaheim
TÜV SÜD Danmark and Swedish based Vanaheim AB have signed an agreement of future

The cooperation agreement was signed by owner John-Olof
Hermanson, Vanaheim, Lars Brockhoff, Managing Director
of TÜV SÜD Danmark and Klaus Bosch, CEO of TÜV SÜD’s
Business Unit Rail at the booth of TÜV SÜD Rail at
Innotrans. Signing the agreement during Innotrans, the
largest Rail event in Europe, is a clear statement of the
importance we consider this cooperation agreement to have
for our existing and future customers.
Company update – Accreditation as CSM Assessor
After TÜV SÜD’s 100% acquisition of Railcert B.V. last year, Railcert has been accredited as
AsBo against ISO IEC 17020 according to the CSM RA regulation 352/2009/EC that will be
updated with the forthcoming audit to also meet the requirements of the CSM RA Regulation
402/2013/EU.
Railcert also offers services as Interim Designated Body of the German Federal Republic
according to regulations described in the appendix 2 of the MoU regarding the reorganisation
of the authorisation process for placing in service of rolling stock. For these activities, Railcert
is supported by its German team of experts accepted by the Eisenbah-Bundesamt.
Simultaneously, TÜV SÜD Danmark will extend its accreditation to include ISO IEC 17020
against the CSM RA Regulation 402/2013/EU when the next audit to be performed by DANAK
for the accreditation as NoBo, and also DeBo for the Danish requirements with regard to rolling
stock, according to ISO IEC 17065 will take place in January.
