Reverse osmosis system with everything in one cabinet

Reliable and maintenance-friendly
This compact system is the perfect solution for small
humidifiers, instrument washer, steam generators and
autoclaves where a low conductivity (< 20 µS/cm) is
required and where space is limited.

Water softening as a pre-treatment - extends the
life of the membranes and other wearing parts, as
well as increasing water utilisation

Mix-bed system as a further treatment - providing
even lower conductivity (< 0.5 μS/cm)

Benefits:

The flexible design allows for expansion with:
 Conductivity meter with alarm function – giving
the system the best possible protection

Expanded version:
We recommend expanding the system with a more
robust distribution pump for applications with an uneven
flow (e.g., humidifiers, steam baths, steam ovens, etc.).
The pump is placed on a practical grate and connected
to the cabinet system. The pump replaces the normal
submersible pump, which is integrated in the reservoir.
Integrated mixing valve for adjusting the
conductivity – adjusts the water quality according
to special needs

Withstands multiple starts and stops - longer
service life of the pump

Larger flow (4 m at 3 bar)

Larger hydrophore - gross 11 litres (only with CM
pump)

Frequency-control - allows for adjustment of the
water pressure (only CME pump)

Pressure transmitter with log function (only with
the CME pump)
