ELECTRONIC STABILITY CONTROL (ESC) 10 // When road conditions are not
at their best, ESC helps the driver maintain vehicle directional stability and limits
oversteer or understeer. ESC includes All-Speed Traction Control,
Brake Assist, Electronic Roll Mitigation and Trailer Sway Control (TSC).10
ANTILOCK BRAKE SYSTEM (ABS) // Four-wheel antilock disc brakes help
prevent wheel lockup, offering improved steering control under extreme braking
and/or slippery conditions.
PARKVIEW ® REAR BACK-UP CAMERA 11 // Displays an accurate visual
reference of what is behind your vehicle when it is in Reverse.
PARK-SENSE ® REAR PARK ASSIST 11 // When the vehicle is in Reverse, the
sensors can detect the presence of objects within 1.9 metres of the vehicle in the
back-up pathway and provide an audible and visual warning to notify the driver.
TRAILER SWAY CONTROL (TSC)10 // TSC uses the ESC sensors to recognize sway
unique to trailering. It applies brake pressure on alternating wheels and may
adjust the throttle to help eliminate sway and maintain stability.
ENHANCED ACCIDENT RESPONSE SYSTEM // This system makes it easier for

emergency personnel to see and reach occupants in the event of an accident by
turning on interior lighting, flashing hazard lamps and unlocking doors after air

with a high degree of advanced automotive technology. That’s why there are more than 50 standard
and available safety and security features travelling along with you to make every ride more secure.
TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM // A warning system in the
instrument cluster alerts the driver to any tire with low pressure, with displays
for each tire’s pressure in the Electronic Vehicle Information Centre.
SENTRY KEY® ANTITHEFT ENGINE IMMOBILIZER // Prevents vehicle operation
when the encoded key is not present by disabling the engine. Operation is
automatic, regardless of whether the vehicle is locked or unlocked.
ACTIVE FRONT HEAD RESTRAINTS 12 // The active front head restraints
automatically move forward and upward in the event of a rear-end collision to
decrease the space between the head restraint and the occupant’s head, helping
provide added neck protection for both the driver and front passenger.
