• There is a $15.00 minimum order requirement (net price before shipping and handling and/or sales tax, if applicable).
• There is a $5.00 handling charge for orders not meeting the $15.00 minimum purchase requirement.
PRICES
• The prices printed in this catalog are the manufacturers’ suggested retail prices. Your price will vary, depending upon purchase
volume and freight.
• Contact GNE to determine your discount from retail price. Possession of a GNE catalog does not constitute a right to buy.

PAYMENT TERMS
• Standard payment terms are 1% 10, Net 30 Days for customers with approved credit, unless purchased under a sales program.
• Orders from customers without approved credit will be processed as COD, or may be pre-paid with a credit card.
• GNE accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. Credit card and COD payments do not qualify for the 1%
payment discount.
• A 1.5% monthly interest charge will be assessed to outstanding invoices.
• A $30.00 handling fee will be applied to NSF checks.
SHIPPING & FREIGHT
• Unless a preference is indicated on your purchase order, GNE will ship orders via the the most economical carrier.
• In the event we are unable to fill your entire order, partial shipment will be made unless “Ship Complete” is indicated on your
purchase order.
• There is a handling charge for equipment delivered by GNE personnel.
• Motor freight shipments are F.O.B. Rogers, MN. Freight carriers will be chosen by GNE, and motor freight costs will be pre-paid
and added to your invoice, unless other arrangements are specified on your purchase order.
• Additional charges may apply for manufacturer-direct shipments.
• If your package should arrive damaged, save all packaging and cartons for the carrier to inspect. Damages or shortages must be
reported at once to the carrier. Notify GNE of any shortages within 24 hours of receipt.
WILL-CALL ORDERS
• Customers are invited to pick up their orders from GNE, with a minimum of 4 hours prior notice provided.
• Will-Call hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If possible, please notify sales representative of pick-up date at time of order.
RETURNS
• Parts must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.
• Please contact GNE for prior authorization, as returned merchandise must have a GNE-issued SRO number clearly marked on
the exterior of the shipping carton, or it will not be accepted.
• Returned parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please contact a National Sales Team representative for parts return limitations.
• Power equipment is non-returnable.
• Special orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
