How to build and be a part of a highly efficient team
Why are some teams more efficient than others? What are the
components of building a great team? How can you contribute to
this greatness? In this talk I will give insight to these questions. I
will also focus on how every team member can contribute to
making the team highly efficient by using and enhancing your
relational skills. I will use examples from the consultancy Webstep
and from our projects.

Tackling legacy code
Legacy code is something every programmer ends up working with
during ones career. Most find it difficult if not outright scary. Yet,
with knowledge, it can be quite rewarding and fun. During this
session I will present a collection of techniques that I tend to use
when working with legacy systems. I will also look at how we
should build an application to benefit from the scalability and
economics of the cloud.
