The BNE TruePower™ Advantage
Superior Limited Warranty
BNE systems carry a superior warranty. Basically everything is covered that you don’t damage or destroy through misuse.
We ask no questions, unless it looks like it was run over by a bull dozer. Of course you never worry if you get the system
on the full service plan.
Advanced Full Service Plan
The BNE full service plan includes up to $3000 in on site setup and connection and startup services. Additional one time
charges may apply, depending on the extensiveness and cost of material of the initial setup. Most setups can be
completed without additional charges. However, non-standard interfaces, setup, and interconnection to existing control
and monitoring systems may require additional charges. The plan includes routine maintenance and all materials required
to complete the maintenance. It also includes 24/7 response to emergency down situations, with on-site service and
repair included. It does not include guaranteed 24/7 uptime, although most repairs can be completed in 24 hours once
technicians arrive on the site. Additional service options (quoted on a case by case basis) are available that provide
guaranteed 24/7 uptime.
TruePower™ Generator Efficiency, Reliability & Safety
BNE systems use the Millennial Generator Systems’ TruePower™ electric generator. This generator is designed for 100%
field serviceability, contains patented sealed coils that increase reliability and safety by preventing minor insulation
damage. Sparks from winding shorts are eliminated since the coils are sealed. The generators is ‘spark-less’ or has no slip rings. The bearings are completely field replaceable and designed for greater than 10,000 hours of continuous operation
before servicing. You can enjoy rapid return to duty in the remote chance a coil or bearing fails. This is because the
bearings can be replaced in the field within 30 minutes. All coil modules can be replaced within 2 hours, and one can be
replaced in under 5 minutes. TruePower™ efficiencies are higher than typical induction or excited alternators, as much as
10% under most operating conditions.
Engine EPA Compliance & Durability
BNE systems use the best available industrial engines designed for continuous duty. They are engineered and fitted for
100% EPA SI NSPS compliance and equipped for reduced routine maintenance demands. Some systems are directly EPA
certified, however all systems are guaranteed to meet EPA SI NSPS compliance standards.
Innovative Configurations for any Oil & Gas application
BNE generators are well adapted for parallel power configurations that provide cold and hot redundancy or increased
power delivery. The TruePower™ electric generator allows lower cost parallel configurations due to its primary DC output
stage. Parallel configurations up to 1 megawatt can be realized with additional switching and synchronizing controls.
