The conference starts 9:00 am Monday May 23th and ends at 5.15 pm Tuesday May 24th. Presenters
should plan 30 minutes to describe their papers. Following each presentation, there will be 10 minutes for
discussion, introduced by a discussant (10 minutes). The conference will take place at the Norwegian
School of Economics (NHH), Auditorium Karl Borch.
