most airsoft guns. The exterior and terminal ballistics of gel balls make them safer to play with
(though protective eyewear is still recommended and far less prone to cause injury.
Another benefit is that the gel beads are easy to clean, as water makes up over 98 percent of their
mass and volume, and will shatter on impact and dehydrate into small biodegradable slush powder
bits.
